Come relax with the whole family in this 3-bedroom, 2000+ sqft house. Nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Auburn. Capable of sleeping up to 15 comfortably. Minutes drive from stores, restaurants, freeway, hospital, Old Town, and Downtown Auburn. Close to all points of interest.

The Space:
This place is a comfortable 3 bedroom house with many custom touches to make it feel homey and classy. The master room has 1 king size bed, a crib, and a loveseat/couch. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a loveseat/couch. While the third bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a bunk bed. All mattresses are very comfortable. There is also a spacious living room with 3 big couches and a wide smart TV, and another smaller sitting area with an office between the kitchen and the master bedroom. 4 additional rollaway beds (narrow twin/small single/cots 30*75) are provided for groups of 11 guests and more.
There are two full size bathrooms. One is in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. It also includes appliances such as two coffee machines, a toaster oven, Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, panini, waffle maker, and, of course, a fridge, stove, oven and a microwave.
This property comes with 4 parking spots outside in the circular driveway for guests.
We did not forget your elderly and your little ones. The house entrance is equipped with a wheelchair ramp. Inside the hallway closet, your child will find some toys to play with.
Don't worry about hot summer and cold winter. Hydro heating and evaporative cooling makes home very comfy during these days.
There are also many great local views that you can enjoy from the deck outside the living room while BBQing with family and friends, relaxing on the hammock or enjoying your morning coffee at the outdoor table.
For your safety and security, the house is equipped with “ring” alarm system and cameras monitored by “ring” company. Outside, there is a “ring” doorbell equipped with a camera, two cameras that monitor the front of the house, and a fourth one that monitors the back doors and deck. There is also a motion detector in the living room.

Guest Access:
You have access to the whole upper level house and the deck (i.e. the garage and the side-yard are not included).

Other Details to Note:
- No parties or events.
- No pets are allowed.
- No smoking of any substance, even medical cannabis, is allowed - inside or outside the property. Smoking will result in a $150 fee per occurrence.
- If you would like to have more than 6, please request the extra guests! There will be an extra charge of $35/person per night.
- We do charge for any unauthorized and unregistered guests/visitors. We will add a $100 charge per any unauthorized guest per night.
- Quiet hours outside are from 9 pm to 7 am, inside from 11 pm to 7 am. Any noise complaints from neighbors will result in a $150 fine/disturbance.
- You are welcome to use any item in the kitchen. Please clean the small appliances after use.
- Upon checkout, please put the dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
- Please wash, dry and put away the larger items.
- We ask that you conserve electricity and water. All appliances, heater, AC, fans, and lights should be turned off when you are not home.
