As soon as you step in the door of this ground level condominium, you've begun to relax. The large picture window with views of both the river and the ocean, and the shoreline of Monterey in the distance, are always visible from the living area (open style living room, a kitchen and dining room).

From the 2 sofas in the living room you can read peacefully, light a fire (on cool nights or in the winter), or watch a movie.
If you chose to cook, you don't have to be away from the outdoor views and can enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare happy hour for the beach or to put on the salmon for dinner. The glass doors off the living room take you to the deck, where you'll likely enjoy most meals. (The pelicans usually provide fascinating entertainment.)

The master bedroom, with California king bed and television, has its own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed with a single trundle underneath. Washer and dryer. Second full bathroom. Roku TV. Internet access.

The community includes tennis courts, basketball courts and lots of riding, walking paths.
