We have spent Thanksgiving week at this property for several years now with family and friends. It's a beautiful unit with great amenities in a central location. The only possible problem might be getting out when the traffic is heavy. Thanksgiving week is really busy! It's right next to the municipal golf course and very near Dollywood (you can hear the Dollywood train and watch the fireworks at night from the balcony). We plan to return again next year.

We love Riverstone! Itā€™s convenient to the parkway and minutes from Dollywood. The condo was spacious and quiet, check-in was very easy, communication with the host was great, the view was also really nice. My sister and I did struggle to be comfortable on two of the mattresses because they were a little too firm for us and the condo could use a bit of updating, but all in all, our stay was great!

Great place to stay for the Rod Run!

This condo is very nice and spacious. It is well maintained and clean. Eight of us really enjoyed our stay for the Rod Run weekend. This was our second time of staying at this condo, We'll be back. Gary and Vickie are very nice to work with.

We had a wonderful trip to Pigeon Forge with our son, daughter-in-law, and our two grandchildren. The cleanliness, accessibility to attractions, the lazy river, the playground helped tremendously. Every amenity you could ask for was provided for you. The location is fantastic. It is close to Dollywood, shows, Smoky Mountain National Park, the Aquarium, grocery stores, and waterparks.

The perfect family getaway!

This condo at Riverstone Resort was the perfect spot for our three generations family vacation. The adults and teenagers had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone, and the little ones liked the rollaway beds in their parents' rooms. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the living room watching movies, or around the table playing board games and sharing meals together. The indoor pool and hot tub, and the outdoor lazy river, were a wonderful break from the heat, and were just steps away from our building. In the evening, the grandparents took the youngest two to the playground, and we all watched the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony every night. We spent time at Dollywood, The Island, the Titanic Museum, and WildSide Adventure Park, all of which were a 15-minute drive or less away! Having the washer and dryer just off the kitchen was great, and meant we didn't have to do a bunch of laundry when we got home from vacation. Gary was a very responsive host when we had any questions and could not have been more helpful. We can't recommend this place highly enough, and we hope to go back soon!

Wedding Week Stay

We reserved this rental for the week of our daughter's wedding at a venue near Pigeon Forge. We had friends and family in and out through the week, and enjoyed a visit to the spa after the wedding work was over. The unit exactly fit our needs for a quiet place to retreat during and after the planned activities.

Excellent space, location, and communication!

We were a family of 6 (myself, husband, daughter, SIL, and 2 grandchildren) visiting the area for the first time. Gary's place was perfect! This was the first time that the grands got there own room AND BATHROOMS and EVERYONE was thrilled. The kitchen is fully stocked, nice washer/dryer, plenty of seating, and great pool and lazy river area. Our only regret was that we were so busy enjoying the mountains and other sights, that we didn't spend near enough time in the condo or enjoying the resort amenities. Besides the beautiful space, Gary was great with communication and made check in seamless (even accommodating a check-in request). We will definitely stay at Gary's place again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riverstone Resort!! We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for years and this was hands down the nicest and cleanest condoā€” along with being roomy with plenty of space for our daughters and their kids!
