We have 4.5 acres of private land largely covered with Live Oaks and Manzanita trees. The house overlooks Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific Ocean and is ideally situated for access to the Big Sur, Redwoods, San Francisco Bay Area and everything Monterey Bay has to offer. The space The house is bright and spacious with large windows for amazing views of Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific ocean.
The living room is large with 15ft high ceilings and plenty of seating around a big coffee table and open fire place. An ideal space for everyone to gather for socializing/games etc. direct access to outdoor kitchen and patio seating.
The dining room is open plan connected to the kitchen, snug and outdoor nook. The large dining table comfortably seats 8 people.
Kitchen is well equipped with 5 ring gas cooktop on central island with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine.

Bedroom #1 is large with kingsize bed, sofa, walk-in closet, balcony and master bath with large tub, walk-in shower, double basin and enclosed toilet

Back yard: green house, citrus and avocado trees. Steps up to balcony of master bedroom. Guest access House shares a long winding private driveway with two other homes, security gate where the driveway meets the road. Plenty of space on driveway to park many cars as well as 2 car garage Other things to note The driveway is an attraction in itself, winding up from the valley road through a canopy of oak trees and running along the ridge with spectacular views of the Elkhorn Slough, the ocean and surrounding wilderness.
