Incredible Stay

Gorgeous setting, easy instructions for arrival, and the most comfortable, clean home away from home we could ask for. The photos and description couldn't be more accurate. All of the necessary comforts of home, exactly enough amenities without feeling crowded, comfortable size, resources for all of your vacation needs, secure, etc. The grounds of the community are beautiful, easy access to the ocean, tide pools and sandy beaches from several directions, and a beautiful and fun walk to and from the resort. Centrally located for an easy, quick drive to Kahuku and the amazing outdoor food carts and markets, or head towards Historic Haleiwa and stop along the way at a variety of world renown beaches, fanastic restaurants and adventures in Waimea Valley! Our stay couldn't have been better. First trip away from our children and any anxieties we had disappeared immediately upon arrival of this wonderful condo. Mahalo

Great location and value on North Shore

My partner and I found the space to be clean and comfortable and perfectly situated on the north shore so we could experience the best of the area. Proximity to the turtle bay resort was also great. We spent each day exploring the area via our rental car and would return home for dinner and sunsets at the resort, which was only a short walk away.

Great stay

Walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort and surrounding beaches- short drive to Sunset Beach and Waimea- well stocked kitchen- quiet and easy parking. This was just what we were looking for.

This was in the prefect location on the north shore, within walking distance of Turtle Beach, and very clean. We would stay there again!

Comfortable and clean

The property was great. Clean, close to great restaurants and beaches. We have stayed at Turtle Bay in the past and this unit is nicely redone. I would book this place again.

Turtle Bay

The property in peaceful, relaxing and comfortable, with a nice cross breeze with trade winds. Location is good with lots of hiking trails and beach access a short distance away. Upon arriving though, the smell of pesticides was overwhelming. Having lived on the island previously, we're well aware on the B52's, but spaying the outside perimeter of the property would reduce the amount needed indoors. Some minor notes, the latch for the slider screen, the range hood vent and light are nonfunctional. The breeze kept blowing the screen open. Overall enjoyed our stay but would probably not book again because of the security deposit required, which took 13 days after our stay to be refunded.

Nice condo with all the comforts of home.

When we arrived, we were informed that the unit we reserved had some issues. Jill, the property manager did some quick work and set us up in an identical unit. She was super responsive to any need or question. The unit was very nice and comfortable. Can’t think of anything bad, it’s just a great place to stay. Highly recommended!! :o)

Excellent all the way around! Great care and attention to detail has been put into this special home. It’s been upgraded to perfection, and will definitely be renting again! The air freshener as you walk in gives you that special touch that cleanliness is their top priority! Love this place x

First Post Pandemic Holiday

This was my first holiday since the pandemic. And this unit was perfect. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I have stayed in several other units in the Kuilima Estates. And this is definitely the nicest.

Our view was great and the community so quiet and comfortable. While we were a little disappointed the golf course was closed, we were more than happy to be able to walk the paths every day without fear of wayward balls. The hosts were gracious and prompt to respond to all my inquiries before and during our stay. We hope to return one day.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful time at this clean, well appointed condo on O’ahu’s north shore. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the pools are clean and close, and the beach is in walking distance. All in all a great place on a beautiful island!

Reviewer Comments: when the lock box broke and we could not lock the door, it was very frustrating. although the box was fixed when a lock smith came out, my thought was that it would be even better if you had someone on site that could switch out the lock boxes when one malfunctions. we lost valuable vacation time waiting for the lock smith.

Clean…Quiet and Convenient

Enjoyed 10 days on the property while visiting friends and family. Location is great….condo very clean and adequately provisioned. Patio area was nice and very private for relaxing. The only alteration might be a better mattress topper. It was comfortable but didn’t seem to quite fit the bed. Would go back again.

Location, location, location!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kuilima condo! Being able to walk to Turtle Bay Resort and use their amenities and watch the sunsets was fantastic. The view of the closed golf course behind our condo was beautiful and we loved being able to walk around the course and walk to the nearby beaches. We were also close to everything the north shore had to offer, while also being far enough to not get caught up in the north shore traffic. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed, from all the cooking utensils you'd need, to shower supplies and beach gear/ toys. They really thought of everything. We even arrived to a nice welcome letter and delicious popsicles made by a local small business! The host was very responsive and accommodating. When we return to Oahu we hope to stay here again!
