5 Min's to Churchill Downs, 5 Min to Louder than Life, sleeps 8-12 people, hardwood floors, great for entertaining the family or friends, open floor plan, modern amenities, 75" flatscreen, 12 ft. ceilings, granite countertops, leather couch, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishes, pots & pans, 5-6 cars/RV parking, wine & bourbon glasses, bowls, silverware, HUGE backyard-BBQ Grill. I do have a private office in the back with a completely separate entrance that I'm not in very often.
Home will easily sleep up to 12 people. Plus, we have 2 blow up mattresses if someone doesn't mind sleeping in the living room. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath located near Churchill downs. You must climb stairs for two of the bedrooms. Has a balcony as well. If you have small children please be aware of the staircase and balcony.

There are two entry way doors; front door, driveway side door.

Neighborhood is safe. I have been here for 7 years and my family live on the same street for over 40 years. We know nearly everyone on the street and it is a safe neighborhood. Never had a problem with theft or vandalism.
If you are going to the Derby we are literally a 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride to the track. 5 mins to Louder than Life. If you want to go downtown Louisville we are an 8 minute Uber or Lyft ride. Louisville footballs stadium is 4 minutes away. The convention center is 5 minutes away. About 60 miles to Lexington for equestrian events. 30 miles from Elizabethtown. 1.5 hours to Bowling Green KY.
In addition to a large driveway that will accommodate at least 5 or 6 cars, there is a two car covered parking area (not enclosed) that will fit two trucks or two small vehicles. See pics of driveway in the listing. Driveway is long and double wide that will easily host a large RV or a trailer.
Convenient location, easy access to all the freeways, very close to The Convention Center for events, University of Louisville for their sporting events, near the bourbon trail, convenient for all concerts in Louisville.
No parties, no filming, no smoking inside the house.
