Regarding the communication you referenced, I was not complaining about prior guests. I explained that turnover was taking longer than usual because I was addressing extra cleaning and laundry between reservations while coordinating your arrival time. My goal was simply to keep you informed. The mattress pads you mentioned are protective covers that have some permanent discoloration from normal use and laundering, but they are cleaned and sanitized between every stay. After hosting many successful stays, experiences like this have reinforced my decision to transition the property back to a long-term rental beginning in July. I take pride in maintaining a clean property and providing responsive communication, which is reflected in the overwhelming majority of my reviews. I wish you the best in your future travels.

I am so sorry! I will replace anything that is not usable. My sister cleaned and apparently dropped the ball. I think this is an exaggeration though bc I was there immediately after you and the dog beds were not dirty. I’m not just the property manager. I am the owner and asked numerous times if things were okay. If you had let me know, I could have made arrangements to come take care of it myself so maybe next time, be honest and use your words.
