Welcome to Kapalua Golf Villa 21T1 offering stunning ocean views! This 1-bedroom/2-bath villa is the perfect Hawaiian retreat! With a spacious lanai, spend your days relaxing and gazing at the beautiful Maui waters.

As you enter, you will immediately be drawn to the exquisite views! Immerse yourself in the beauty of Kapalua on your large private lanai! Take in a peaceful morning while sipping your coffee or a magnificent Maui Sunset. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Views, Views, Views! The spacious living area is the perfect place to gather after a busy day on Maui. The convertible queen sofa sleeper allows for additional sleeping. This living space is complete with TV and a ceiling fan. There is a desk for those needing a workspace.

No one will mind cooking with these views! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef will need, including dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils. There is a quaint dining area with seating for four.

A full guest bath with a shower is conveniently located right off the entry. Washer/dryer are an added convenience and allow for lighter packing.

Wake up to gorgeous ocean views! The primary bedroom offers the perfect night's rest with a king bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and access to a private lanai. The ensuite bath includes a vanity and a large soaking tub with a shower.

Central AC throughout to keep cool any time of year.

*Please note that access will be needed for plant caretaker on Wednesdays to tend to lanai plants.

Amenities at The Kapalua Golf Villas include four heated pools which are impeccably maintained, convenient BBQ grill areas, on-site security, and beautiful landscaping throughout. The Kapalua Golf Villas are nestled within the Kapalua Bay Golf Course, situated near world-class beaches, fabulous restaurants, spa facilities, numerous snorkeling sites all just moments away, and many hiking trails in the area to choose from. Situated on 16 acres alongside Pineapple Hill and the Bay Golf Course, with panoramic ocean views where you can enjoy spectacular Maui sunsets. Kapalua Golf Villas are a short distance to Kapalua Beach, D.T. Fleming Beach Park, and the Kapalua Golf Club Championship Plantation Course. You can see acres of beautiful landscaping and the famous, majestic cook pine trees that surround the Kapalua Golf Villas Resort.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The condo was well-appointed and we had everything we needed. Communication was good with property manager. We especially liked the location of the building, so close to the entrance of the property and only a step or two to entrance. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing time

We had a very nice sta-cation at Kapalua. We live in Kihei and just needed to get away without flying off island. This was perfect. Easy and relaxing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in the villa. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The best part was the covered lanai with a gorgeous view. I love having laundry while on vacation. The free shuttle was super convenient to get a ride to the beach or home from the Montage. There was a musty smell that went away quickly when we opened up the lanai doors.

Beautiful view nice condo

The condo was very nice, but the quality of the toilet paper, facial tissues and paper towels was very subpar. Also they want you to empty the garbage every day but only leave 3 garbage bags. For the price of the condo the supplies should be better quality and quantity. The dishes and glasses were very nice, but the pans need to be replaced. Overall our stay was very nice. The view is beautiful and the lanai is very spacious and quite nice.

Pictures are accurate however there is a strange, musty smell that is quite noticeable. We tried airing it out but to no avail. Also, as someone else reviewed, the quality of the paper towels & toilet paper is subpar.

Nice condo, good location and VERY noisy

The condo was nice but you can hear every noise from upstairs and downstairs. The VRBO website shows the outside of the condo with stairs leading to the top floor. The actual condo is in the middle. That was my fault for not checking more closely. I had to go upstairs 10:30-11:00 pm for several nights to tell the people to be more quiet. Then the noise started again between 5:30-6:00 am from downstairs. We've stayed at Kapalua many times and have never had a problem with noise.

Well appointed golf Villa at Kapalua.

We booked this unit based on the beautiful Lanai vegetation. Unfortunately no one came during our two week stay to water the plants. We were told to expect someone every Wednesday…no one came. Some plants started dying so I do hope the owners remedy that situation. We ended up watering the plants twice during our stay. Also the TV service is less than desirable. We could not watch live golf tournaments or CNBC. It seems as if you had to watch pre-recorded stuff. Not ideal! Conventional television programming would have been a better choice. Otherwise we were very comfortable. The management team was very responsive when a fuse blew (the door was locked to access the fuse box…not a great idea) There were only 2 teaspoons in the unit and they brought more. We have been to Kapalua Golf Villas numerous times over the past 20 years and love the set up of this one. It is quiet and near a lovely little pool that we used everyday.

We had been doing our best to maintain it in between reservations but we thank you for your assistance. Most homes are provided with a basic cable service so that you have local channels, and this home has 2 smart tv’s which allows you to stream other services. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and our staff was quick to assist. Thank you for your kind words and we hope to host you again soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I recently celebrated my birthday in Maui and we were thrilled to find this lovely one bedroom property in Kapalua! We had stayed in Kihei previously and we were not as familiar with Kapalua. It is stunningly beautiful! We saw rainbows and double rainbows many days of our stay. We loved sitting on the lanai, enjoying the lovely flowers and plants around us and casting our gaze upon the sky and sea before us. It was so quiet on the property and we had fun swimming in one of the four well-maintained swimming pools. We were greeted with a basket of tasty snacks and helpful information about the property when we arrived. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The decor was attractive and the furnishings comfortable. My husband also was able to grill fresh fish for us on the grill by the pool one day. The ocean and the beaches are also spectacular nearby! Our new favorite location is Kapalua!
