Beautiful view and convenient access to major areas. This condo is exceptionally well maintained and clean. Loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset every evening.

We had such a great stay! Kathy and Walt were wonderful hosts and communication was great from start to finish. The place was super clean, and you seriously cannot beat the view. The whole stay just felt so relaxing, which was exactly what we wanted. We loved sitting outside, taking in the view, and just enjoying how peaceful everything felt. Such a great spot and we already can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place and grounds. Kathy and Walt let us stay past checkout until our flight, which was greatly appreciated. They always answered messages quickly. Condo was well stocked with everything you would need. Only air conditioning in the bedroom but I found if you open sliding doors and pull the blinds it really helps. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed is very comfortable. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Was very satisfied and would definitely book this condo again. Thank you again Kathy and Walt.

This condo is exactly as described. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so we wanted a secluded place with amazing views. We truly felt we were the only ones visiting as we enjoyed this corner unit. The property manager keeps the beautiful grounds extremely clean. If you want to be close to the water look no further. We found ourselves close to all the beautiful beaches which we took full advantage of. This unit comes with beach chairs, ice chest and an umbrella to enjoy your beach days. We will definitely rebook this unit as it felt like home with wonderful positive energy. Simply perfect!

This is a lovely quiet condo in our favorite property in West Maui. It is ideal for 2 people and would be ok with a small child. We spent most of our time on the lanai. It was the tail end of whale season so we saw many whales during our stay. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short by several days due to the rare Kona Wind 5 day event which brought torrential rain and wind to all of Hawaii, especially Maui. Condo owners Walt & Kathy were good communicators as we scrambled to catch our flight. Despite this setback we intend to book this condo again as we hope for recovery of this beautiful island.

Amazing!

The stay was really amazing! We stayed for 8 nights and had the best time! The place is clean and stocked with everything you need. The location superseded our expectations and we plan on going back.

Wonderful Stay

We go to Maui all the time. We try and stay at a different place each time. This was a wonderful condo in a great location. The owners had great communication. We would stay again.

Wonderful accommodation in every way!

This is a fantastic place to stay! It is beautiful inside and out. Wonderful oceanfront views and easy access to the ocean. Owners are terrific and have great communication skills. We will be back!

Great condo

Great condo on the beach equipped with everything you need. Close to some great hikes, parks, and food. Great communication with the owners- and definitely take their advice and rent a compact car.

West Maui Paradise

Great location midway between Lahaina and Kapalua. My husband and I saw turtles everyday just offshore at this oceanfront property. The sunsets were phenomenal! The condo is perfect for 2.

Everything we were hoping for🌴

Perfection!

This is a wonderfully located property with a private pool and lawn with chairs and beach. Ocean front and we watched whales over breakfast in the mornings. If you like a smaller community rather than a hotel resort, this is an awesome selection. Kerry was a wonderful host and the in-site property manger is available and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!!

Location Location Location

My wife and I have stayed in this condo many times and have never been disappointed. Whether it's your first trip to Maui or you're a seasoned veteran, this will satisfy your needs. Inside and out you will have everything you need. The location is close to many dining options, shopping, golfing, and sightseeing. One of our favorite things to do is to sit on the lanai and enjoy the view. You will definitely want to return.

Good location. Fantastic when the private beach is intact….swimming and snorkeling were great. However high tides and wind caused rough water and beach washed away. Apparently it comes and goes, weather and tides dependent. Unit was small but very clean, well appointed and comfortable.

Quiet and Peaceful

We've stayed in Hoyochi Nikko before, and it does not disappoint. We prefer a quiet and smaller place; being just on the water and only a few units,its our favorite. Of course, we are worried if we rate too highly too many people will reserve! In any case, a perfect score. The hosts were very responsive and no issues at all.

Another wonderful visit!

This was our second stay at Kathy & Walt’s place. Communication was great. The location is perfect, the condo is just right for a couple. Well equipped with everything you need for exploring Maui & for relaxing poolside next to the ocean. The grounds are very well maintained and the onsite manager is friendly but doesn’t bother anyone. Sunsets are always amazing and it is always very quiet. We will be back! Mahalo!
