*Note: This property is on Pine Island. Hurricane Ian impacted the island heavily and there was damage throughout island towns - St. James City, Matlacha and Bokeelia. The photos reflect the property before the impact of Hurricane Ian. Note that we no longer have a pool cage and there was some loss to the beautiful landscaping etc. The golf course was also significantly impacted. Area restaurants are open and the local grocery stores are all open. We just wanted to be transparent in sharing that there was some exterior damage but repairs have been made and the interior is still in mint condition.
