Great location

Bokeelia is an escape from the craziness, traffic & overdevelopment of the rest of coastal florida! The place is quiet, peaceful and had everything we needed to live comfortably for a month. Loved having the canal right there with dolphin and Manatees swimming by!!

Perfect for boaters!

What an amazing week we had! The location is amazing for fishing and having the lift for the boat was fantastic! Away from it all- what a great place to have a very relaxing vacation! Larry was very responsive and took amazing care of any issues straight away. Highly recommend!!!

We are Coming Back!

This was exactly what we were hoping for as our first snow bird hideout after my retirement. The master suite is nicely done and the two other bedrooms were perfect for occasional guests. The kitchen is well stocked and roomy. We spent many hours enjoying the lanai and the dock. Fishing and kayaking at our door. Cable and internet are high quality and the large screen TV was nice. This is a wonderful neighborhood and we met many nice people on our daily walks and bike rides.

Annual Fishing Trip

The location is excellent for fishing trips out to all the great snook, trout, Tarpon and Red fishing around Bokeelia. We wore ourselves out on snook and Trout. The boat ramp is steps away and super convenient. You have to watch the tides a little given the max depth of the boat lift but we never had a day that we couldn't safely operate the lift. The channel itself is plenty deep for a bay boat. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the bikes were great. The place is perfect for 2 to 3 people. More than 4 would be too many. If you need a few pool days there is a really great community pool 6 miles away. All in all a great little house. We would love to go back.

Excellent home in the perfect location

This was our 2nd stay here and once again had an amazing time. The home is perfect for our family and very well stocked. We cannot wait to return again.

This is a nice property right on a canal that leads you to Charlotte Harbor. It's right around the corner to the boat launching ramp. Nice streets to walk the dog and everyone was very friendly.

Flats fishing headquarters

This a great little house perfect for 2-3 guys who want to do a lot of great flats fishing. Or a couple who just want a quite lace to hang out. The location provides great access to good flats, mangrove and pass fishing. This boat lift works well for a bay boat in the 22-23 ft or smaller range.

Awesome house perfect location.

It's our first time spending an extended time away from home. I can honestly say if I didn't have a family waiting for us at home we would stay right at this house. Very comfortable, perfect location, other than the bugs... I don't have a single complaint

Fantastic location for a guys fishing trip!!

I had 2 groups of friends and family come in at different times this week and the house was perfect. Comfortable beds, very clean house and the location is perfect for fishing and boating, including boat lift right outside. . It’s a 5 min boat ride to a fully stocked bait shop with fuel and then a 20 boat ride out to Boca Grande and the beaches. I will be back for sure as I can’t imagine a better place to socially distance with friends.

Home sweet home!

This cozy house was a perfect fit for our family of four! Super clean, plenty of space and everything we needed for a week's vacation. We had fun kayaking, fishing off the back dock and going to many artsy shops and restaurants in Bokeelia. There are also many top rated beaches in the area to explore, as well as boat rentals and charter fishing. We highly recommend spending time here!

Relaxing stay on Pine Island

We enjoyed our 2 month stay at this comfortable little home on a canal. Plenty of space for the two of us and would be fine for four. Close to fishing and dining but still a nice quiet location. We do not have a boat but our two two dogs loved watching the boats from the screened porch. Owner and rental agent were both helpful and responsive. We already booked for next year.

Spent 2 wonderfull months (Jan.- Feb. 2013) Great location, clean with a feel like home. The boating and fishing is better than you would believe. Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa, North Captiva, all great destinations by boat. I was thinking of booking next year and found it to be SOLD OUT. Darn! Kathy & Jamie C.

Best place to stay with a dock

We came in on 06-24-2012 stayed for 2 weeks fished every day lots of bait easy to get with lots of white bait every day went out got 100 trout tarpon and sharks went out off shore 1 day 3 permit 1 tarpon tons of fun 3 bed rooms 2 bath very clean my wife can't wait to go back.
