Includes two queen beds, living room with large smart tv, dining room, full kitchen, desk, tv in bedroom, in-unit washer & dryer, and relaxing three-season porch. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. You will find the essentials for long term living in the apartment. The Kitchen has all utensils you will need to cook. It now comes with access to one garage stall (which is shared with other tenants). If traveling with a well behaved pet, please inquire before booking.

All utilities including Wi-Fi are included. Unit has many updates including fresh paint, new lights, and new flooring. No smoking.
