Washer/Dryer, lower patio stocked with games for making memories and grilling. This sleepy neighborhood is perfect for families. One pet is allowed with a prepaid pet fee of $75.00. Other options can be discussed on a case by case basis
The space
We are less than a five-minute walk to the beach so you can bring your own bike or rent. Golf carts are regularly used to drive to and from the beach, but are not allowed on the actual beach. There are several rental recommendations in the guidebook section.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire home with exception of the primary closet and garage.
Other things to note
Please let us know if you plan to bring a boat or a jetski as we need to communicate before you arrive to get you access to the boat launch.
We have an external security camera that monitors parking and volume levels. Our community has a noise ordinance after 10 pm and it is strictly enforced. A police officer lives two houses down, so it's important to be mindful of your volume in the evenings.
