NEW Spacious studio near SM/Ayala Malls + fast net

It's time to go out of the house and enjoy the city! Swim in our infinity pool, shop at nearby SM or Ayala malls, or simply lounge inside our second home, have a hot shower, or watch TV.

There are plenty of things to do at the heart of the city. For immediate needs, we also have a cute piazza right outside where a 7/11, pharmacy, restos, ATM and other immediate conveniences are. IT Park, Landers, the North bus station and port are also near.
The space
The space is a large studio. An extra air bed will be provided for guests exceeding 2 pax.

There is also a wardrobe cabinet for your clothes to keep out clutter.

The mini outdoor mall right outside the building also makes life easier. Here, restaurants, convenience stores, a laundromat, bakery, ATM and more stores are situated.

For those who are planning to go to the North Bus Terminal to get to Malapascua and Bantayan, it’s also not too far from the unit.

South Bus Terminal (for Oslob Whale Shark) - 18mins
North Bus terminal (for Malapascua & Bantayan) - 3 mins
Busay, Little Amsterdam, Temple of Leah, Tops - 10 mins
IT Park - 5 mins
Landers Superstore -4 mins
Other things to note
COVID-19 REQUIREMENT. Vaccination cards for all guests are needed. If you don’t have, a medical certificate or brgy certificate will do.

MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this.
