We're sorry to hear that the condo didn't fully meet your expectations. The maximum occupancy is based on the sleeping accommodations available, but we understand that comfort levels can vary from one group to another. We also appreciate you pointing out the concerns with the front door, bathrooms, and noise from the unit above. We'll share your comments with the owner and our maintenance team for review. Regarding the supplies, we provide an initial starter set of essentials, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, to help guests get settled. As noted in our listing, rental agreement, and pre-arrival information, guests are responsible for bringing or purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Because of health and safety considerations, we also do not leave opened spices or beach equipment in the unit. Thanks for taking the time to review your stay Mary! Upon you checking out there were several issues found in the condo and were surprised you did not let us know. 1. The kitchen granite was stained & we had to pay someone to get the stain out which took us days. 2. The master mattress is completely stained with feces & we had to order a $500 mattress before our next guest arrives. 3. There was feces on the walls in the bathrooms, on the dishwasher and the place was a wreck. We will be pursue collecting the damages through VRBO.
