Tranquility at its best. Enjoy the awesome view of Charlotte Harbours Mangrove lined shores right from your private balcony while eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. During the day, take a swim in the Olympic size pool, fish for redfish, snook, tarpon among others on the private fishing pier just steps away from the condo.

If you want to travel by car, you can visit Boca Grande, a town on Gasparilla Island, where many famous people own or visit. Have an ice cream at the local creamery or enjoy a stroll on the beach, shelling. Vista Siesta Key, known for its Quartz sand, which is always cool to the touch, regardless of the temperature. Approximately 40 minutes away.

Three miles away is Charlotte Stadium, which is the Rays Spring Camp. The admission for these events are minimal.

Local beaches are Englewood Beach and Port Charlotte Beach. Included in condo are beach towels, blankets and small cooler.

Bring toothbrush and you are good to go.

Great Stay!

Wow! What a wonderful find. This little condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was so comfortable! And the sofa and chair in the living space was great for watching TV. The electric grill on the balcony looking over and pool and Chanel made for a great vacation.

Quiet retreat

We visited over Christmas 2024. The pool had just opened and the pier was still damaged from the hurricane. The host was easy to contact and took care of our request.

We want it on the waterfront and this was not on the waterfront we had to clean it there was no pool because of the hurricane no internet kicked us out a day early.

Winter vacation

It was a nice condo with a pretty view. A bit too far from the Gulf beaches. We had to leave early due to a family emergency. Only got 2 weeks there

Very nice place.

Beautiful condo. Nicely decorated, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, luxurious linens, awesome view of Myakka River. Owner very responsive. We couldn't figure out a way to watch live sports on TV, though. It wasn't the end of the world, but we missed several playoff games!

Wonderful and relaxing stay...April 2022

This was my first time staying in Port Charlotte and it won't be my last time! From the moment I stepped into the condo I knew I would enjoy my stay. The condo was super clean and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings. There was an abundance of dishware, utensils, pots and pans, towels, sheets. and blankets. I loved having the large closet between the bedroom and bathroom. I can't say enough about having the lanai (with option to enclose the retractable screen) to take in the breathtaking view of the Myaka River and of course the large pool! It was so peaceful to sit out there anytime during the day or night. It was easy to see the thought that has gone into making this vacation condo as comfortable as possible. Just a place to relax and let any stress just melt away. I will say this is the best vacation place I have stayed in Florida to date:) The exterior of the complex is very well kept, and we enjoyed walking to the pier in the mornings. We visited Englewood Beach several times and it was well under 20-minute drive, pretty direct and worth the trip. We also visited Boca Grande, St. Armands Circle/Sarasota and Nokomis Beach in Venice and Fisherman's Village In Punta Gorda. Although a little bit further to drive they were all a pretty easy ride. I loved being close to El Jobean bridge which is literally around the corner where on the other side you will find Publix's , ice cream and great Italian food at Nicoles plus much more. Vinny was very responsive and helpful when I arrived to check in. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a get away any time of year! I will come back for sure! Thank you to Vinny and Mrs. Vinny (sorry I don't know her name) for making this get away one of my best memories :)

Beautiful!

The view from the lanai was stunning. The pool was big and perfect. The residents are very worth going back to see and visit. Very fun!!!

Wonderful stay

The owner was wonderful to deal with. The place was extremely clean and was the best location for car runs to the beach. The pool and club house were great. Patio was so nice. The view is incredible. The only think we would change is to get a new bed for the main bedroom. Every time we rolled over it made a tons of noises and was uncomfortable. The place is great though!! The loft was great for two 18 year olds.

Christmas stay

Condo was just as described. Was clean and comfortable. Had everything we need for our 2 week stay. Pool was wonderful and very clean. View from condo was beautiful every day of pool and river. If anything was needed Vincent responded right away. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay. 🌴🌴

Waterfront loft

We had an excellent stay. We stayed there for a month and the loft was clean, comfortable and had magnificent views from the lanai to the pool and myakka river. Such a beautiful place. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The home was stocked with everything and the washer and dryer were a plus! We will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful condo view

I rented the property for my son and grandkids and it was perfect. Property was clean and owner was easy to contact. Property had beautiful view of water and the pool it was also in great proximity to beaches and restaurants. I would definitely rent property again when my children come back.

Pleasant Stay in Port Charlotte

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at Vinney’s condo. The view of the pool and the Myakka River was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked in case you chose to cook while there. We took advantage of the washer and dryer which was an added plus. Living room area was comfortable - we relaxed there after a day out and about. Not too far from village of Punta Gorda with lots of shops and restaurants. Need a car there since there is nothing to walk to - but it is convenient to Port Charlotte, Pine Island and Boca Grande. Great communication with owner. Would stay again if I was in the area

Great condo with spectacular view

This is a nicely updated, 1BR, 2nd floor condo, ideally suited for two people, but technically sleeps five. There is a loft, which sleeps three, overlooking the living room, and is accessible via a spiral staircase. I personally would not be comfortable with very young children ascending/descending the stairs, but it is fine for older kids/adults. I should also note that there is no elevator in the building, so if you have trouble with stairs, this might not be a good fit for you. The condo was very clean, and furnished with plenty of dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, towels, etc... Should there be something you need and can't find, there is a Publix grocery store and DollarTree general store about 2-3 miles down the road (over the bridge) toward El Jobean. There is small balcony with a high-top table and two chairs overlooking the Olympic size swimming pool and the beautiful Myakka River. A great place sit and enjoy the view! The hosts (Vinny and Carolyn) were very nice and quick to reply to any questions/concerns prior to and during our stay. Overall, a great experience! We would definitely come back in the future if we are looking to rent a condo in the area again.

Million Dollar View

This condo has a million dollar view of the mouth of the Myakka river as it joins Charlotte Harbor. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owners are helpful and easy to reach with questions. I strongly this property.

Excellent Location

This condo is located in a beautiful community of condos that overlook the Myakka River with views out to the Charlotte harbor. The condo was a perfect place for us to call home while on our two week vacation. We enjoyed the heated olympic size swimming pool and watching the sunsets from the covered deck. We also enjoyed visiting Englewood Beach and Gasparilla Island. The condo is well equipped with everything anyone would ever need and Vincent was great to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Inside of condo not clean .

Condo area and outside were clean and well kept however the inside of condo was not very clean. Floors dirty and outside patio (windows, doors, floor) very dirty!
