Situated right on Lemon Bay and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, this one bedroom condo is ideal for singles, couples or small families wanting a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

This property is one of only 9 condos sharing a heated swimming pool, BBQ area and dock where you can fish, moor your boat/jet ski, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The condo has everything you will need including a lanai with sitting area, living room with 42 inch Smart TV, hi-speed wi-fi, bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, linens and towels. Recent updates include new flooring throughout and a completely remodeled bathroom.

This condo is half a mile from Englewood Beach and 10 minutes drive to Olde Englewood Village and Dearborn Street with many restaurants, antique shops, arts and crafts and festivals including 'Cruisin' on Dearborn'. There is lots to do in the area including fishing, watersports, golf, shopping, and live music, as well as relaxing and searching for shark's teeth on the beach. Sarasota is just 40 minutes away, Tampa 1.5 hours away, Orlando approx 2.5 hours away and Miami approx 3.5 hours away.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Kate's place. It was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and it was very quiet. It was nice to have the dock out back. We would stay at Kate's place again.

We absolutely loved this condo! Beautiful scenery with boat dock in the back of property & private pool. Very close to the beach access, within in walking distance. Perfect mini getaway location!

Manasota Key Stay

We stay on Manasota Key multiple times a year. We've never stayed at this property - but we really liked it! Close proximity to the public beach restaurants and Stump Pass Reserve. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and fishing on the docks. We caught snook, trout, snapper and sheephead from the dock overlooking the bay.

Wonderful property and location

We absolutely loved the condo! The location was perfect - restaurants and beach access were a two minute drive away! The condo was very clean and obviously taken care of. We loved the beach chairs and small cooler that were available! The amenities offered made our trips to the beach seamless.

Sweet Spot

The pier for fishing, the pool for relaxing and cooling down, and a short walk to the beach. What more could you ask for when you go to Florida for a break from the cold weather up North.

Wonderful Condo

We stayed for 4 nights and the unit met our expectations. Good location and very comfortable. Didn’t need the boat dock but it was nice to sit on Lemon Bay. The pool was nice and we met some really friendly people who were also staying in this 9 unit complex.

Quiet and great location

The place was perfect for us! The condo was clean, had enough towels and pillows and blankets! Beach chairs and umbrella was a surprise! We did bring our own. Will most definitely stay there again!

Long weekend

We stayed here for a long holiday weekend and it was perfect. The condo was in a great location, easy to beach and short ride out to the bay in the boat. The only challenge was the size of the boat dock but with no others there it worked fine. Late was a wonderful hostess and we will definitely be back!

hidden gem

We had a great time and the property was well maintained. My husband and another couple were with me the first two nights and then my husband left and my 28 and 26 year old daughters came for a visit. There was plenty of places to go to the only draw back was the red tide at the beach. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable according to my one daughter that slept on it. I would recommend a blow up air mattress instead. Great getaway!

Location, cleanliness, relaxing

My niece and I were visiting family in N Fort Myers and I wanted to be able to stay somewhere close to the beach for a couple nights . I really love Englewood beach area . The condo was very clean, the king size bed was comfortable and there are beach chairs available to use. The pool was nice as well . Behind the condo was Lemon Bay which was nice to able to sit and see the birds and fish jumping. I was hoping to see dolphin as I am sure there are plenty of dolphin sightings there. There is a hide a bed available to use as well. A couple of suggestions I have are the mattress for the hide a bed would need replaced as my niece felt the frame underneath and have a oscillating fan or a box fan as some people like to sleep cooler or with the noise of a fan. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice get away

This was a great place to get away. My husband and I enjoyed time at the beach and the pool. Our son and daughter-in-law brought there boat and enjoyed the dock and the pool as well. The place is very clean and just the right size. We will be back again.

Great little place between the Gulf and Bay!

We were very happy with our stay. They had everything including beach equipment. We literally just could have brought our Shibumi, food and clothes and had a great time! The only thing suggestion I have was a we problem. We drive an electric car and had no way to plug in a level one charger (takes a regular plug). This is the equivalent of plugging in an air fryer. Not a huge deal for us but with the growing amount of electric cars, it might be something to consider asking your HOA about. Your HOA could definitely charge a fee for this feature if you put in a level 2 charger!

Awesome Place

It had a pool, boat dock, and really close to the beach. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved that it also had a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Our teenager loved the amenities. I highly recommend it!!

Spacious & Clean!

The owners are very accommodating! We wanted an extra day to spend with our family during our stay, we were able to book the extra day and I finalized the transaction from the beach. The property is very clean, well stocked and convenient to everything on Manasota Key. We were able to fit a queen sized air mattress for our son, with ample space all around. Very cozy, Very comfortable, Wonderful experience!

Nice property

This is a very nice condo, quiet and well furnished. Dock and pool on the bay side, close to restaurants and activities. Would gladly stay here again.

Clean and convenient

My husband and I enjoyed the condo for 2 nights in late April. It was stocked with everything we needed, walking distance to the beach (entrance across the road to the right ) and to restaurants near the circle. Owners were very responsive to questions we had about the area. The pool was very warm ( warmer than the air) and we were the only ones at the pool the three times we used it. Nice to be in a quiet area on the bay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Central air was not noisy. I would highly recommend this condo! Excellent experience!

Enjoyed every moment at Sea Oats by the Bay

Extremely clean, and organized. Bed had a great mattress, adjustable dual shower heads, new dishwasher. Heated pool and private dock access. Excellent location within walking distance to the traffic circle, but far from live music. Quiet, with great views of Lemon Bay . Very friendly neighbors, with a true sense of Sea Oats community vacationing. We would love to stay here again during winter of 2023.

They live close by in Venice so can be on hand for anything you may need. Dominic is a School Teacher, and Kate works as a Real Estate Agent.

This condo complex is unique in that there are only 9 units all on one level. During the high season, when most units are rented, people can have the perfect balance of seclusion and social activity. Throughout the rest of the year, this property cannot be beaten for its peacefulness when you may often have the pool and dock to yourselves. Sitting by the pool, watching the jumping fish and dolphins swimming by cannot be beaten - it truly is a piece of paradise.

This condo is cozy and comfortable, and with brand new appliances installed in 2018, and new flooring, painting and remodeled bathroom in 2021, you will have everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked, and everything is provided for your use. Being just one unit from the pool means you have easy access and a great view of Lemon Bay from the lanai.
