Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations, particularly regarding the A/C in the master bedroom. For clarity, the main living area and the master bedroom have separate cooling zones. The main living space has its own temperature control because the large windows and abundant sunlight can cause temperature fluctuations throughout the day. In contrast, the master bedroom is set to maintain a consistent 72° — it's located in the back of the home and tends to stay cool. This setup has worked well for previous guests, and we've never received complaints about airflow direction or temperature there. We did attempt to share login information so you could adjust the settings, but unfortunately, VRBO's system blocked that message. It's also worth noting that VRBO provides guests with the host’s direct phone number after booking. Had we been contacted directly, we would have gladly helped resolve the issue in real time — we truly care about guest comfort and satisfaction. Regarding check-in, our system confirms the information was sent at 3:19 PM, prior to the 4:00 PM check-in time. When we have a same-day turnover, we typically send check-in instructions closer to the arrival time to ensure the property is ready. We’re genuinely disappointed to receive a 2-star review, especially knowing we could have assisted if given the chance.
