Your dream vacation ranch with pool and spa in the middle of Temecula wine country! Wake up in the morning and view the Hot Air Balloons off your back deck! Horse trails throughout the neighborhood. Just over 2 acres with mature orange trees, several sitting areas throughout the property.

Within 5 - 15 minute drive to all major wineries and casinos, the largest shopping center in the region, and golf courses, horse trails, and hot balloon rides.

Perfect location for your family event, wedding accommodation, etc.

5 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeps 15 guests.
-Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed
-Room 2: 1 queen-size bed
-room 3: 2 full-size bed
-room 4: 2 full-size bed
-room 5: 1 bunker bed

-The whole house except one closet for cleaning supply.
-The garage is used as entertaining room with a pool table.

- Pet fee
Only dogs under 50 pounds are allowed. NO CATS! Please include pets in your reservation and the fee will automatically apply.

- Fireplace is not operational

Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level).

NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS:
If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. While we do allow very specific types of gatherings, this is not the home for large or overly loud events. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance.

Reading Group Anniversary

Celebrated 35 years of reading together with a special long weekend in Temecula. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen and living area. Loved the back deck & pool.

Good for large group

It served its purpose and was roomy with enough with beds for every person. The home does need some updating in regards to fixtures and deep cleaning with marks and splatters on the walls. The pool and backyard were enjoyed by the kids. Home is very serene and was enjoyed but would most definitely benefit with some mindfulness to what was shared above.

Great Stay for Soccer Tournament

We had a tournament at Galway Downs and this location was convenient (5 min drive). We didn't have to worry about traffic and the kids really enjoyed the space and pool after a long day at the pool. I was able to order some delicious pizza and have a target order (food, drinks, etc) delivered without the driver getting lost or having to enter a code to enter the property. The house was big and spacious. It easily accommodated our group.

Run down dump.

This place needs a major renovation. Air pockets in the floor, making the floor uneven. Trip hazard. Carpet was so filthy. Railing to get up to front door was zip tied on. Absolutely no ambiance. Back deck needs some sanding and again uneven floor. Can't count the number of pincher bugs that were inside. So thankful we only booked for one night, frankly I wouldn't have been able to stay one more night without getting anymore grossed out. Sorry for the harsh review , but take pride in ownership. Sad I spent my hard earned money on this place.

Great Property and Location

We were looking for a place that split the distance from Disney, the beach, and San Diego so we could do a lot of exploring in the week we were there. This location was perfect. We were around an hour drive to everything we wanted to do. Besides that, the location is secluded enough that after a day around thousands of people you feel like you have some privacy and can unwind.The property itself was well kept and clean. The 5 bedroom allowed our extended family of 10 to spread out and the game room in the garage helped keep the kids entertained. The pool, hot tub, and deck area were a hit and we spent most of our evenings there with the added bonus of a beautiful sunset view.The hosts were extremely responsive. The morning of our second day I let them know we had an issue with a burner on the stove and a leaky shower faucet. They asked to come that day and fix the issues, which they did.A couple things to note - not negative but worth being aware of -- There are limited supplies in the kitchen - the regular plates, bowls, pans are there but if you plan on preparing larger meals there you may not have what you need. We were able to do breakfast for 10 with what was there and grill out steaks on the provided grill.- If you want to have the hot tub running you need to contact the hosts on the app and let them know. This wasn't an issue at all as each time I sent a message for this they responded in less than 10 minutes. This is just something to be aware.
