This spacious mansion is located at the heart of Baltimore’s Little Italy (“Piccola Italia”). This is a historic and vibrant community offering cultural festivals throughout the year picturesque street scape and authentic bakeries and restaurants featuring multi-region Italian cuisines.

Guests thoroughly enjoy the retreat-like Palazzo style mansion featuring:
• A large indoor pool
• A spa main bathroom
• A yoga studio
• A large indoor garage with parking for 4 cars (two EV charging stations are available).
• Covered porch with all equipped outdoor kitchen and seating areas for 24 people

The mansion is fashioned after an Italian Villa with painted ceilings, expansive marble hallways adorned with Romanesque columns, and is bathed in lots of natural light from 13 skylights.

The property built in 1991, has been on the Little Italy tours, and was featured in two TV series. The Washington Post called this property “Little Italy’s Landmark of Luxury” and the Baltimore Sun dubbed it “the Row Palace.” Most recently the house has been featured by the Baltimore Banner among best short-term rental gems in Baltimore.

Ilana’s home was a joy to stay in and an incredible place to celebrate our engagement with family and friends. We worked with Ilana to ensure our gathering could work, and we got to have the most unique and special party. Everything was very comfortable, and my mom was giddy all weekend from being able to wake up and swim in the pool.

Amazing home in Little Italy. Walking distance to many great restaurants. So many comfortable gathering spots, amenities were all excellent, beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was a huge bonus. Ilana was very kind to leave us snacks, a bottle of wine and always detailed instructions on how to operate things. Excellent host.

Wonderful long weekend stay

Our stay was simply amazing . The home was well equipped with everything you can imagine and the host was easily accessible and answered all our questions. We held a small reception event and everyone was impressed with the property and facilities. Would highly recommend the property.

We had a small family reunion and the house was perfect! The Kitchen is well stocked, the spaces allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy conversations. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the amazing BBQ terrace.

My daughter and her bridesmaids spent the weekend before her wedding at LaDolce Villa, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space for the girls to relax and enjoy their time together. They especially loved the serene pool, the multiple cozy seating areas, and the incredibly comfortable beds. The hostess was wonderful—warm, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations. She even welcomed us with a thoughtful gift, which was such a special touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It was a dream come true

This property is stunning. We spent the weekend with family ages 3-85. There is something for everyone in the house and the neigborhood. The host was beyond accommodating and easy to reach! We are already thinking about coming back for another get together in the future. In the 3 year old's words she didn't want to leave because here she is a queen. When we got in the host had decorated for birthdays I had mentioned we were celebrating. It was so personal and special.

Excellent and fun place for a family

We stayed here for Christmas with our adult children. This place was huge and fun. Indoor pool was great. Kitchen had everything for our annual Christmas Eve dinner. Easy walk to Harbor East and Inner Harbor. Close to shopping and tons of great restaurants. Host Ilana was very responsive to questions. We didn’t have any problems. Would definitely recommend.

Little Italy House

Our stay was nothing less than amazing, Ilana was so accommodating for our stay! I would highly recommend this luxurious house if you’re looking for a little getaway in Baltimore. Fantastic villa in Little Italy

I attended a conference with a group of colleagues and friends in Baltimore and stayed at this fantastic villa for 5 days. The place looks great and has plenty of amenities. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, where we relaxed every night before going to bed after a long day at our conference. In addition to all the amazing installations of the villa. We were highly pleased with the fact that the villa is surrounded by great locally owned restaurants, where we ate fantastic Italian cuisine. An additional advantage for us was the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the convention center every morning. I highly recommend you stay at the villa. I’m sure you’ll have a blast.

Exceptional Home

So much love and care put into this beautiful space in Little Italy. Homey yet elegant. Pool is something else! Perfect place for any occasion really. We used it as a home base for work but easily a place to host elegant meals and family gatherings. A truly exceptional place. We will return next year.

Incredible!

I’ve been to Baltimore many times, but this was my first time staying in Little Italy. I have to say, this will now be the place I’m staying at in Baltimore for my future trips! The house was incredible! Plenty of space, clean, and quiet! It had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend. The best part was Ilana and her attention to detail! She made sure we had everything we needed and made the best recommendations for food around the area. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and other houses and this was the best, by far! I can’t wait to go back!

Baptism

This will be our second stay at the villa. Last year for my son's wedding and this year for my grandson's baptism. The villa is perfect for any family gathering, large clean kitchen, dining table for 12 and living room with multiple sitting areas. I look forward to staying here since I know it will be beyond clean and organized. It is a weight lifted off my shoulders since I always know it will look great. Oven bird catered the event and Whole Foods is an easy walk from villa for last minute items. I will always book my Baltimore trips here, there is no reason to go anywhere else for a family trip. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us.

We are both healthcare professionals who love urban living and have made Baltimore City our home since 2004. We love all things Italian, and have traveled to Italy on multiple occasions marveling in its medieval towns, architecture, art, scenery, wine and food. We took great care to make sure our guests enjoy the best that hospitality has to offer with an Italian flare.

We bought the Villa to prevent it's demolition and turning the space into a high rise with multiple units at the heart of our beloved historic neighborhood steps from St. Leo's Church. This was a community preservation project and a labor of love.

This grandeur space has been featured in the Washington Post, the Baltimore Sun and the Baltimore Banner. The spacious, heated indoor pool makes this place a rare commodity.
