Welcome to the recently rebuilt building 4 in Gulf Shores Plantation. Paradise awaits, this gated resort features tennis courts, 4 new pickleball courts (December 30, 2023), volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, multiple outdoor swimming pools, and grill areas. Inside the connected Dome, you will find an indoor pool, Hot Tub, Steam Room, Sauna, and Gym. The Sassy Bass restaurant for convenient dining is on site. You will find Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the beautiful Kiva Dunes Restaurant just a short walk away. Or for those who would rather fix their fresh catch, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet feast. Activities are available for the whole family and make the perfect family vacation
Enjoy a swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and build sand castles with the kids in the beautiful white sand. For those who prefer to tan by the pool, a pool is located just in front of condo building 2. An adult-only pool heated in the winter is located east of the boardwalk to the beach.
If you hear a roar in the sky, look up! The famous Blue Angels practice over the Fort Morgan peninsula, and you may have a private show!
Spend the day at historic Ft Morgan or ride the Ferry across Mobile Bay to Dauphin Island. Schedule a day fishing trip at the nearby marina or just watch the pelicans and dolphins play. There's always plenty to do when you visit the Ft Morgan area. Located just 15 minutes by car to Hwy 59 you will discover the many attractions that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach offer.

Best Spring Break Yet!

We had a phenomenal week! Talk about an amazing place with ALL the amenities! Beaches, pools, pickle ball, basketball, etc. We will be coming back, thanks!

Relaxing Vacation

This condo is in the perfect location if you want a relaxing vacation. The area is quiet. If you want to do more than just relax, it's a short drive to all the action. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and the host was super nice. We have stayed in the Plantation condos before but not this particular building. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Cute property, clean, fresh decor. Location was great if you don’t want to be right in Gulf Shores center, but close enough to drive easily. The restaurant on site was good. The beach was nice and renting umbrellas and chairs was easy. The property owner provided plenty of info up front and was quick to respond to any inquiries. Overall great stay, would definitely go back.

Clean, comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It was a short walk to the ocean and pool although we packed up the car and drove to the big pool each day. The I door pool was super close and we used that a few times too. The hosts were super responsive and friendly!

Beautiful

This was our first trip to the beach and this place did not disappoint. The condo had everything that we needed and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed all the amenities the resort had to offer. Great beach Bungalow

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great and not too crowded but, close enough to go do the tourist stuff. I can say enough about it. We’ll be back!

Really good spot

Loved the location, a little far from the main town but has a lot of amenities, beach access, adult pool and secured entrance. The condo was on the first floor and inside had everything you could need or want. Would highly recommend and the host was great. No absurd instructions or demands. 10/10 would for sure stay again!

Perfect Family Vacation

We LOVE Fort Morgan and we have also enjoyed each time we have stayed at GSP. This vacation was no different. My family is small, 2 adults and 1 child, but there was plenty of room if we had invited anyone else to come along. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach items provided were greatly appreciated! Thank you for helping us have another wonderful visit to the gulf.

Relaxing vacation

The condo itself was very comfy and well maintained. The only disappointing thing to me was the tiny patio that only had a view of the parking lot which at the time was filled with construction vehicles so sitting outside which i love to do was not worth it. Even if no contruction, it was a depressing patio area.

Amazing stay

My husband and I have visited the Plantation Resort at Fort Morgan every year for the past 6 years. This condo ranks at the top of our list. It was reasonable priced, spacious and located in a great spot on the ground floor. The beach was just a brief walk across the parking lot. The condo also had everything you needed for the beach such as beach chairs, cart, umbrella, and sand toys for kids. Our previous condos didn't supply any of these. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to be able to keep getting it each year.
