A few paces from the beach, your condo is also within walking distance to Coconut Marketplace. You’ll love the easy access to the entire island from the desirable East Coast location!

Located in the ocean-view Lanai Building, your roomy corner unit features sweeping ocean views and is filled with thoughtful touches. Enjoy morning coffee and the sound of the waves on your private lanai. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, WiFi, cable TV, a DVD/Blue-ray Player, and beach towels.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

The stay was mostly nice with good views and a central location. Vacasa was able to fix our water heater that went out within a day. The floors (a pill, plastic fingernail, and dirt) and couch (stains) were somewhat dirty plus there were stains on the white towels and sheets. Overall this place didn’t quite meet our expectations for the price.

East side makes it easy to get around. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Small pool, tiny hot tub if you’re into that. Wi-Fi was spotty to say the least.

This room has a view toward the beach and overlooks the pool area as well. You can sit on the patio in the morning and evening to enjoy the sound of the ocean and breeze coming in. The location is just outside the busier Kapaa central area, but there are several stores and restaurants within walking distance too. Overall my stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kauai.

We loved our stay in this great unit on this beautiful island!

The unit #333 was wonderful. It was a very relaxing experience despite the pool area so kudos to the staff for ensuring that quiet hours were upheld! It was very accessible to everything, pool/hot tub, the Sandbar, Beach, walking path, and the Coconut Marketplace dining and shopping. The location was excellent for getting to nearly everything we saw and did on Kauai. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We loved the view from the corner balcony.

Wonderful view

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lovely grounds and the ocean from this condo. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of towels, including beach towels. The "kitchen" was a bit sparsely equipped, but we only used it for breakfast. The toaster was cleverly hidden behind other things under the sink so we didn't find it for several days. The sofa was also very comfortable. This is a fine place for two people.

Great beach front property in Kauai

Loved how close to the hot tub and pool this unit was, we could see when it was busy and wasn't, and being able to see the ocean every day from the balcony. The grounds are beautiful and we loved the info cards on all of the plants. The room was spacious and clean, but we couldn't get comfortable with the stiff pillows, and the whirling from the bathroom fan was really loud. We couldn't figure out the TV but would definitely keep this as an option for our next time in Kauai!

Ok but..

Really disappointing that there's no late checkout availability. I had to be out at 10 am and my flight wasn't until 11pm. No offer to store luggage or anything.

Good Stay for a week

We are grateful for the well equipped stay at your condominium. My wife and I did enjoy the facilities but getting into the jacuzzi was an issue. There were noticeable young adults that were not staying at this Aston islander establishment that would just jump in the jacuzzi at night not giving us guests a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi unless we jumped in the morning which we did. I strongly recommend you either put a gate around the pool or bracelets for guests to restrict access to the pool and jacuzzi. Also, the noise from the bar can be heard loudly at times in the night which again was the young crowd. We also did not enjoy that.

Fantastic stay in Vacasa Islander on the Beach 333

Loved this place. We have stayed here in a different room twice before. This room has a fantastic view and lanai. No way to really cook much, but that is how all of the rooms here are to my knowledge. It did have a microwave and mini fridge. Small countertop. The property does have a BBQ you can use. We had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. The pool atmosphere here is beautiful with the beach within steps. There were DVD's to watch, Nothing that we cared to watch, but it was nice to have available. Nice to have cable TV and it allowed us to watch the news channel we prefer and some shows as well. A puzzle and books in the end table, which we didn't discover until the last day. Bed was comfortable. Good supply of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

The lanai overlooking the pool and the ocean was a great place for breakfast or private happy hour! Many restaurants, stores, and a great walking path are steps away. The AC was great but we really did not need it in March. Parking is easy and near. The complex has beautifully manicured gardens. The few staff we interacted with were very pleasant. Nice pool, hot tub, and bar at the pool. The room was perfectly cleaned and cooled down before we arrived. There is a handy ice machine just below the room on the ground floor. The key is handily stored in a lockbox just outside the door! A caretaker gave us coffee for the coffee maker and a number of snacks. There are currently beach chairs, a boogie board, and a cooler for use. The is a nice map and a list of things to do while visiting. We would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends coming here in a couple months. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Die Unterkunft war super und würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Die Lage finde ich ideal, um die ganze Insel zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit Vacasa per Mail war schlecht. Ich habe die Unterkunft verlängert und hätte aus- und dann wieder einchecken sollen. Per Mail habe ich frühzeitig angefragt, ob ich in der Unterkunft bleiben kann. Dies hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. Mein ganzes Gepäck wurde aus dem Zimmer geräumt und als ich dies per Telefon klären wollte, wurde meine Buchung nicht gefunden. Das Bestätigungs-Mail, dass ich in der Unterkunft bleiben könne, kam dann zwei Tage später.

INCREDIBLE location with AMAZING views!!

This condo was exactly what we needed for 5 days of exploring on Kauai. Comfortable, well equipped (the coffee pot, blender, and assorted cutlery were exactly what we needed for in-room breakfasts and meals!). Super central location - only about 30-45 minutes to the furthest reaches of the north and south coasts. Would definitely stay again! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
