We were in town for my Son’s wedding and this house was perfect for family to stay with us and enjoy the wedding weekend. So nice to come back to relax and enjoy one another after all the events. The 6 king beds with all adults was perfect. We would definitely come back. Thanks Maxwell and family!

We had a great stay, the home was perfect for our large group. The host is very communicative and easy to work with. Once you get in to the house and back yard you really don't need to leave, the pool is perfect. The kitchen is beyond well stocked! We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

The house has everything you could possibly need. Beautiful floor plan for family visits . I think there could be a couple updates . Several lights out around pool area. A few pieces of lawn furniture should be replaced. Probably should clean or replace your trash containers, we had a major fly problem. The furniture and beds were so very comfortable . The grilling area was fantastic. Loved the pool

This is the best rental I have ever stayed in. It was stocked with everything you could need while staying in a rental home. So spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE. I stayed here for my wedding weekend with my bridesmaids and we truly felt so spoiled and comfortable the whole weekend. We already want to plan a trip to stay here again!

The pool was perfect! We spent most of our time in the pool & hung out in the cabana & lounge chairs around the pool. The bedrooms were big & every room had a tv which was wonderful! The bathrooms were great & had all of the shampoos, conditioners, body wash & lotion! We will be back for sure!

Repeat stay at this perfect location for our family get together. Quiet location, well stocked amenities and always love the saltwater pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Both were perfect temp and very well maintained. We made use of the outdoor grill area and ambiance that the backyard afforded us in the evening. Host was easily accessible with questions and requests both before and during our stay. Laundry facilities available for those of us that wanted to do our swimsuits before repacking for trips home. Easy access to roads leading to and from Phoenix airport, restaurants near our location, etc. We are a large group of senior, well traveled siblings, that find this property ideal fr our needs and enjoyment. Thank you Maxwell, our host.

Wonderful Stay!

Our group of 12 women had the best time! The house was perfectly laid out and accommodated everyone’s needs. The back yard was a literal paradise and the hosts clearly thought of everything. You can tell how much thought and time went into making this the best experience. I would most definitely love to stay at the property again.

Great place for a great time.

We stayed with my sister's family and there were 10 of us total. The six bedrooms and bathrooms layouts fit our family perfectly. The backyard is an oasis that the kids and adults both loved. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions very quickly. Totally a place we would come back to again with family or just friends.

Absolutely fantastic

This rental property exceeded all expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and a perfect vacation house. Honestly, the property is nicer than any photos could capture. Everything is lovely and the house is totally renovated. The pool, hot tub, yard games, and fire pit are so fun. The bedrooms are really nice and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with good quality cookware, dishes, etc. There is lots of comfortable furniture in the home, on the patio, and around the pool. The hosts were great. I highly recommend this rental property.

Amazing and Awesome

Our mini family reunion was made so enjoyable in large part to “our house” Villa Santa Cruz. Many of us rent homes when we travel and all agreed we never have had a property with the amenities Villa Santa Cruz has. Every little detail was covered, comfortable furnishing, quiet evenings to enjoy pool area, spacious for10 adults with room to spare and a kitchen to prepare our meals in that rivaled our own kitchens at home. Decor was fun and charming. We all agreed when we are in area again as a family or as individual families, we would stay at Vila Santa Cruz again. Thank you Maxwell and family for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Amazing Property - Beautifully Accomplished

Wow!! What an incredible place! Our group of friends were blown away at the peaceful and serene "world" that this property creates for its guests. The hosts have anticipated every need and desire. Inside the property and also in the backyard, there are multiple places to sit and relax, have conversations -- all in a tropical and private enclave that promotes wonderful relational connections or blessed naps. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped; every room feels fresh and updated -- and there are thoughtful flourishes that show attentive brilliance in hospitality. Wow! Wow! What a great place.

July birthday family stay

Very nice updated house that accommodated 10 adults and 6 kids comfortably. The house had high tech accomidations that some took a minute to figure out and some we never could get to work right (washer/dryer combo, smart tvs, blue tooth speaker, etc.). July in AZ is HOT but the misters made it bearable. The pool also matched the weather but was refreshing once you got to lay on the amazing lounges. No one was bored at this house. I will definitely recommend.

If I could give this property 10 stars, I absolutely would! Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. This luxurious six-bedroom, four-bathroom home was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The heated pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the entire property was beautifully maintained—truly an oasis. It felt like we were far away from home, yet it was just a short drive, making it the ideal getaway. Maxwell, the host, was phenomenal. His communication was top-notch, and he made sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. The home was stocked with every gadget, spice, utensil, and piece of cookware you could imagine—making meal prep easy and enjoyable. Honestly, all you need to do is check in, and the rest is taken care of. The beauty and comfort of this home made it so hard to leave! As check-out time approached, we all looked at each other wishing we could extend our stay. If you're looking for a truly luxurious escape, look no further. This property is an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. You won’t want to leave!

The Best Experience with a gracious host!

I cannot express what a wonderful stay we had and what a wonderful host Maxwell was with his Tropical Island Getaway at Villa Santa Cruz in Mesa. My family and I had such a wonderful relaxing time. The backyard is so dreamy and the inside is just as beautiful. All the technology and amenities anyone would need. Maxwell was the perfect host. Anything we needed, he was quick to answer and never left us hanging without an answer quickly from the start of our process till the end. If you have any skepticism at all about the system, please don't with this property and/or its owners. Maxwell and his family have thought out every detail and he is there to help you every bit of the way. If we are ever in the area again, I will most certainly entertain the idea of staying at this location again if available. I will highly recommend it as well to my friends. Beautiful paradise

We arrived in town from all over to spend my sons wedding together. My husband, me and some of my children are Montrealers. This house was absolutely gorgeous. It is exactly what you see in the pictures. It is immaculate. You'll find everything you didn't think you'd need and more. The weather was chilly on the last couple of days, and as soon as I asked if the water could be warmer, it was taken care of remotely. Maxwell answered my messages immediately regarding any concerns or questions. He was so kind and respectful in all of our communications. My favorite was the attention to details. There was a beautiful hand written note welcoming us. The book about the house details left for guests to veiw made us cry. Its not just a business for them. You can feel the love the family has for each other in the house. They should be very proud of what they created. I'm sure their parents are! We would absolutely stay again. My 11 year old asked me if we could please buy it for ourselves.

Amazing

Six couples rented this house for a weekend getaway to enjoy the warm Arizona weather and get away from the cold. It would be nice to keep this place our little secret but we do want the owners to succeed, so will spill the details. This rental was the best VRBO any of us have ever stayed at- and combined that is a lot. There were so many little details that all added up to make this place so special. Every day we said…”’oh that is a good idea…” as we came across these details that went into planning out this house. ( An ice maker outside, phone charging pads, resort quality outdoor furniture, outdoor games, indoor games… most still In their plastic, unbelievable amount of drinking glasses of all types: wine, whisky for example, multiple Refillable Water stations, Many condiments, starters for coffee, espresso, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, selfie stations, I think we counted 10 tvs, we even saw water misters for when it really gets hot in Arizona, soft and large beach and pool Towels) The hosts obviously going all Out and out of their way to think of everything to make guests enjoy their time. The host also incredibly responsive and helpful, checking in if we needed anything. The entire house is so well designed in layout as well. We hope to be back and feel fortunate to have found this place.

Viva Villa Santa Cruz

Coming through the front door for the first time was a WOW experience for everyone. Everything in order in every room, everything appointed and geared to comfort. Step into the back yard and it’s WOW again. The photos look great, at this point the real thing totally lives up to it. I’ve booked many properties over many years, and the countless amenities in Villa Santa Cruz were noticeable by comparison. Phone charger pads/cables everywhere. Big fluffy towels. A kitchen drawer stocked full of everything you forgot and then some. Dreamy bedsheets, pillows and covers. Lots of room in which to convene or get away from the crowd. The Blackstone grill. Great Wi-Fi coverage in every room. Hot/cold water dispensers indoor and out. Kuerig and Nespresso machines, both with pods, AND a coffee maker. Regarding two minor issues at check in, Maxwell’s response was extraordinary, ordering a replacement for one of the backyard games while we on the phone, and then keeping me updated on the delivery status via text. He was all over being sure we were satisfied and backed it up. The kids loved it. The adults loved it. Everyone kept trying different ways to say “You’re like really pretty”. The weather wasn’t great but nobody cared, we could still enjoy the whole property.
