This is an amazing 2 story Penthouse suite we have just finished up. Everything is newer and all remodeled. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom.

4 SMART TVS. Living room and all bedrooms. All WIFI READY. Sound system is connected to TV for Movies and or better sounding music.

King Bed on the top floor all to one couples self! Upper and lower Balconies with amazing views (Best views around) You can view the ocean and the largest saltwater pool from the main floor and to top Balcony.

6 people per stay are allowed at the largest saltwater pool in Central America. (pool slide area)

Also that pool allows you full access to peddle boats and waterslides ($$).

If you wanted in the all inclusive resort, let's say for the day. Its approximately $60 all you can eat and drink from 8AM till 2AM.

Or half days for approx. $30.

You can simply spoil yourself to an all you can eat lunch and drinks as well.

Beach Bars are open from Thursday to Sunday and has great food and drink options.

We are trying out the option of renting and allowing access to our lifted golf cart to get you around safe and quick!! Drive it to the beach with a cooler and chill for the day in the residents private access beach area.

the golf cart is for rent for daily, weekly, monthly rental.

Its a real game changer.

Large 3 bedroom penthouse condo with tons of great outdoor space. Host was very responsive both before and during our stay. Javier was also very helpful and attentive while we were there.

Terrible Experience

Everything about the stay can be described in 1 word - TERRIBLE!1. No Checkin or Checkout Instructions were given.2. Listing says access to largest salt water lagoon but we got kicked out of there because VRBO hosts don't get access to the lagoon only residents do.3. The house stank4. The host has been super rude when we complained about issues.5. We were charged monies for things that were not our responsibility after the stay.

Amazing place with beautiful views. All the staff were super friendly and our host could not have been more helpful. I had to contact him twice and he responded both times in minutes. We will definitely return.

Property was wonderful. Great security and staff. John is a wonderful host. Everything was as listed and his response to inquiries immediate and detailed. From this property we were able to visit a zoo, butterfly sanctuary, a volcano, a hot spring, the canal, old city of panama, costa rica and many beaches. Horseback rides on the beach to our front with great restaurant choices nearby. I recommend this property as high as I am able. Having stayed at VRBO properties in Uruguay, Puerto Rico and USA this one ranked as one of the best. And having traveled to Argentina Jamaica the US Virgin Islands as well as Mexico I found the Panamanian people very welcoming and approachable. Everyone in our party spoke spanish so I know that helps BUT compared to many latin America countries I would rank Panama as the best I have been too. PS we were there during rainy season but I found the storms very refreshing and of the ten nights we were at this locale only two of them were true washouts. But even then by afternoon we still got some much wanted pool and balcony time. If you have ever considered going to panama I would make this your first choice of place to stay due to the proximity of activities and the anointments of the VRBO property. Thanks a ton John

Great stay in this lovely penthouse condo

Great communication with John! Javier was also a great help during our stay. The condo is just as advertised. Spacious, great balconies, etc. Other than mugs and utensils, all dishes are plastic, so I would suggest some things like wine glasses and real plates. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Golf cart was great for getting around the complex and going to get groceries (about 5 minutes away by golf cart). Pool is nice at the condo and use of the lagoon pool, sports fields was also excellent. The area itself is pretty quiet. There are a few places to eat out, but not a ton. The pizza place in the town centre was our favourite as was the cuban restaurant. Seems like some businesses may have closed as there are empty storefronts in the town centre of playa blanca resort. Looks like there is lots of development planned, so I'm guessing more restaurants and bars will open in the years to come. We wouldn't hesitate to suggest John's condo to others looking for a nice getaway with great ocean views!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time during our stay at the Playa Blanca Penthouse suite! The owner responded quickly to all of our questions before and during our stay, providing helpful recommendations and information. The property was easy to find and within close proximity to a grocery store, resort amenities, and beach restaurants. The golf cart was an added bonus! The penthouse is large with terrific outdoor spaces. We enjoyed cooler temperatures in the evening on the upper balcony. The rooms are as pictured, and we appreciated having some basic spices and pantry items available. Access to the incredible saltwater pool is terrific and definitely adds great value to this property. We came during low season (June) and almost had the place to ourselves at times. We never had an issue finding chairs or feeling crowded. We also enjoyed the building pool and beach. Overall, a wonderful family vacation, and we would love to return! Thank you to our host, John, for sharing your Playa Blanca home!

Amazing stay at The Penthouse!!

John was a great host, he responded to all of my emails within minutes and the information he gave was detailed and accurate. Check in was super easy and the resort had our names for access wherever we wanted to go. We split our time between the beach and the Lagoon/saltwater pool, but the building's private pool was beautiful and rarely did we see anyone there making it feel very private. We spent most of our time on the mail level balcony but both balconies had beautiful views and we could watch the sun rise and set! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from spices to kitchen utensils to toilet paper to beach towels. Tap water didn't taste great but the refrigerator had filtered water so we didn't need to buy any. Beds were comfortable and TVs and air conditioners in each room were a plus. Use of the golf cart was a huge bonus! We used it to go to the grocery store and to get around the resort, which is huge. Our only regret was not renting a car. Uber and taxies were everywhere but it would have been nice to have the flexibility to explore the area on our own. Staff for the building and in the resort were very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience!!
