Nice place in West End Park

Great place to stay! Entry at first can be a little confusing but the apartment is wonderful, had everything we needed and plenty of room.

The house was nice and clean and was very easy to enjoy. Good area with easy access to main roads. If you dont mind the steep walk up the stairs to the rooms lol.

Girls Trip

Property was exactly as described and in a great location! We walked to the Parthenon and it was a quick Uber to other top destinations (Music Row, Grand Old Opry). Mark checked in and was very helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

The price point was great and it was very convenient to everything. There was plenty of room and it was clean. Mark was very responsive to any questions i had. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Mark.

Very subpar. Numerous issues with the unit from being dirty to a lot of the unit being damaged. Bathroom tile cracked, wallpaper peeling, toe board of stairs and stairs themselves dirty, dirty living room, and mold/mildew in showers

Weekend Getaway

Property was clean and quiet. Outside grounds could use some TLC. Nothing wrong with property, but some suggestions are: Bath towels need to be bigger and updated. More towels for each bathroom would be nice. The water and ice function on the fridge do not work, and no clocks in the 2nd floor bedroom. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Amazing Spot!!!

The location was amazing. It was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe with the parking gated. Easy to find. The hosts communicated fairly quickly and met every need we had. The pictures did NOT do this place justice and I mean that in an AMAZING way. It was 1000 times better than the pictures could’ve shown. When you walk in it feels spacious and it felt like home. It was a great rental spot. Will definitely book again.

Girls Birthday trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with kitchen essentials, extra towels and toiletries. The neighborhood felt safe with security codes to get into the building and then our condo. It was located close enough to downtown (about 10 min Uber) to easily enjoy all the restaurants, live music, and attractions, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing at the end of the night. The check-in process was seamless, and Mark was incredibly responsive and welcoming.The greenery with the neon sign was perfect for pictures and gave the place a fun atmosphere. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities (Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer/dryer) were great.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville. Five stars all the way!

We really enjoyed our stay. The space is very clean and cute. We didn’t use anything in kitchen but it was very clean. We enjoyed watching TV in the adorable living room in between down time. The bedrooms and beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We slept great. Bathrooms were all stocked well and clean. It was a perfect stay. Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs, which made me so thankful for doing the Stair Stepper machine daily at the gym (haha). It was not anything that bothered any of us. The area felt secure to us. Parking was sufficient and we were thankful for the garage parking that was gated. The entire complex is so clean and nice. We loved the mural in the hallway. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the property. Mark, the host, was very communicative and responsive. I would highly recommend this area. We walked from Vanderbilt stadium to the house and we felt very safe in the late night and the walk was about 20 mins. This was an A PLUS stay for us!

Clean and Safe Property

We stayed at this rental to celebrate my 30th birthday. We loved the greenery wall with the neon sign and the fact that there were 3 bathrooms. We also liked that there were multiple secured access points. We felt very safe. I will say, the amount of information given about check in was very overwhelming. I think that bullet points or listing (like the checkout process) would be beneficial.

National Dance Competition in Nashville

My daughter’s dance team brought us to Nashville. We didn’t want to stay at the host hotel, so we searched vrbo and this property popped up. Immediately it was perfect, because of the led Let’s Dance sign! We were only about a 10 minute drive to downtown where we were dancing. It was great to escape the downtown noise at nighttime and be able to relax. The condo was clean and everything was as pictured and described. We appreciated that parking was free, and gated with an entry code. It was a great stay! We enjoyed it and will keep it saved for any future trips.

Had a wonderful stay with our adult children. The location was great. Not really walking distance to too much (too hot to walk anywhere) but central to everything so a quick Uber or drive. If you have a car or even two the parking spots right under the unit are wonderful.I read all the comments about the stairs but the plus is above you and below you is all your unit so the noise control and privacy for me was worth it. The stairs also have a landing between so they are not straight up. The shower water pressure was incredible and I now need to call a plumber when I get home because I want that! We didn’t really cook but the toaster and coffee maker were handy. I enjoyed my stay so much I am already looking at other dates. Mark was great at addressing all my texts very timely and respectfully.Not close but if you have never been Arrington Vineyards it was a great visit. Friday nights they have food trucks and band. You can bring or purchase snacks and buy wine to enjoy.

Pretty good!

The place was really easy to find, you just had to go to the driveway behind the building. At the top of the stairs trash bags were left, however once we got inside we realized the place was really clean. There was a slick spot on the floor, and we would slide on it multiple times with bare feet and with socks and shoes. Not sure if it was a cleaning product or what, but we did almost fall a couple of times in the living room. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and the place was very clean and organized for us. The stairs were pretty steep, especially since there are three floors. But if you are okay with stairs, like we are, then you should be good! Mark, the manager, messaged us prior to us leaving for the trip, as well as throughout the trip and was very communicative throughout the entire process!
