Located in the gorgeous neighborhood of Tenison Park Golf Course in Lakewood right near White Rock Lake, you'll be surrounded by nature, but just a few moments away from all the urban night life that Dallas has to offer. The complex has a pool, gym, in-unit laundry, and valet trash services. Enter through a smart lock, enjoy a luxurious stay, and have a seamless experience in Dallas with us!

Greeted by a warm living room and dining area, you’ll have a modern kitchen with all the cooking tools you need. There’s a smart TV with a futon sofa, a throw blanket, and some cards for the perfect game night or casual hangout. The dining area seats four and there are serving bowls and dishes if you like to cook. A Keurig with K-cups and a tea kettle are placed conveniently for a caffeine fix. As you take a few steps further, step into the bedroom and dive into the cozy king sized bed. Charge up your devices on the two handy bedside lamps. In the closet, you’ll find extra sheets for the futon, extra pillows, coat hangers, and an iron with an ironing board. You’ll have everything you need for your stay. On the opposite side, find a renovated bathroom with fresh towels, makeup cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to cleanse and relax. Take a step outside on the patio for some fresh air and soak in the sunset on our patio set. We hope you enjoy your stay!.

Your smart lock access code will be provided upon booking. All areas are accessible.

We can only provide a parking pass for ONE vehicle during your stay and do not provide additional parking. Street parking may be available right outside the complex.
❌ 🐶 Guest agrees to include all guests and pets staying overnight IN their reservation. Additional guests are charged a fee per night, and there is a $120 per unexpected pet fee for specialized cleanings.
❌ 🚬 Guest agrees not to smoke on the property (including balconies and patios). If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations.
❌ 👞 Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. Failure to do so will result in a $95 fine.
❌ 📬 Guest agrees to have no mail sent to the home (UPS, FedEx, Amazon deliveries are permitted) and won't expect us to retrieve or return any lost packages or forgotten items.
❌ 🎉 Guest agrees not to throw a party on the property. If evidence of a large gathering is found, there is a fine of up to $3000 and we reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no refund.
✅ 🛠️ Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to fix anything. We will try to give ample notice ahead of their arrival so they will be out of your way.
