Welcome to our brand new, modern home in fabulous Las Vegas!

Located just minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip, this beautiful townhome offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. With two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

The townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals and snacks during your stay.

The open concept living and dining area is beautifully furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats four.

The bedrooms are both located on the second floor, providing added privacy and tranquility. Each master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. Very central location, in a gated community. Very nice furnishings and decor. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful property and location! Very secure and private, and having two master bedrooms was fantastic. Also close to the outlets and several restaurants. I would love to stay there again!

Nice quiet location

Good location and just a few minutes to the Strip. The house was very comfortable, clean, and secure. Nice place to stay when visiting the Vegas area if you don’t want a hotel room.

Great convenient property

We enjoyed a 6 day stay for business and the property was as described mostly. Needs a toaster and a larger coffee maker but otherwise it was great. Host was very responsive and helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and very safe. The few minor issues we had were resolved quickly. The microwave did not work while we were there, but that was a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend!

2-night LV stay before driving to southern Utah

Top two positives - cleanliness and responsiveness from Alyssa. Everything was as we saw on the web page. Photos and reviews were accurate. A very nice place away from the Strip.

Clean and Quiet

The property was beautiful and really suited our needs. Everything of clean and in a good neighborhood. I had to ask for the check in instructions, but Alyssa was very responsive and I had no problems at all

Great place!!

Definitely an awesome place to stay while in Vegas, the ride to just about anywhere whether it’s the strip or other neighboring areas with restaurants and shopping are about a 9-12 minute ride. Easy access, quiet neighborhood, and the place was truly gorgeous as the pictures showed. Had a couple questions while we were staying there and Alyssa got back to me almost instantly! Must say If and when we make our way back to Vegas I most definitely would choose this place every time!

it was a perfect spot to chill in Vegas

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated and exactly as pictured! close to everything and felt so safe in the gated neighborhood and getting to park in a garage was awesome. We had one question for the host and got an immediate response, thanks Alyssa! also nice to have regular full size lotion, soap and shampoo/conditioner for us to use :)There was plenty of space for our family of 4, and really nice that both bedrooms have their own attached bathroom.... We would definitely stay here again :)

Scouting Las Vegas

We rented this home to help give us a feel for Vegas living. It was a nice townhouse in a solid area of town that lived up to what was advertised. The only thing that I would recommend is that they get a few more kitchenware items for families like mine who choose to cook a few meals while on vacay (ie: measuring cups and spoons, oven mitts). Otherwise, it was just the type of property we needed for the purposes of this trip.

My daughter had a competition at South Point, which is what took us to Vegas. I booked this because it was close to South Point, not packed with traffic. The house is great! Clean, & fit our needs perfectly, my daughter & I shared 1 room & my brother the other room. We didn't use the kitchen, because of all the sight seeing we did. We did use the washer & dryer. It was very convenient and we were very comfortable.

Great Place

Great place to stay. Close to shopping, the strip, food, and just far enough away for some peace and quiet. I was there for my daughters soccer tournament and it was only 20 minutes from the fields she was playing at. The place itself was new and very clean. There was construction going on in the neighborhood but never heard it. having access to the garage was definitely a plus, even though I rented a truck that was just a little to long to fit. Alyssa was very easy to communicate with, responded to every question or concern I had promptly.

Las Vegas Trip

The photos underrepresent the cleanliness, attractiveness, and comfort of this unit. I was searching for a property with 2 bedrooms, private baths, and king beds. Another important factor was location. We were hoping for a quiet neighborhood that was still in close proximity (15–20 minute drive to the strip). I can confidently share that this property exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we were to visit Las Vegas again in the near future this property would be on the top of the list. The host was also extremely responsive. This was a 5 star experience!

Peaceful getaway

Came into Las Vegas for a high school baseball tournament. Games were played at local area schools. The Oasis was in a convenient location, away from the congestion of "The Strip" traffic and on-going construction projects. The Oasis was very clean, quiet, peaceful, and safe, as this is a gated community. The owner, Alyssa, was responsive to our questions and easy to work with. The instructions she gave us were clear, and our stay was trouble free. There are many restaurants nearby too, and our favorite newfound place is "Stephano's Greek and Mediterranean Grill" on Blue Diamond Rd. Food and service was excellent and made for a great dinner two nights in a row. We will definitely look for the Oasis on any future trips to Las Vegas.

Perfect Location!

The home was as beautiful as the photos reflect. Comfortable and lots of natural lighting. We stayed here because we were attending an event at Southpoint Resort so it was very convenient. Upon arrival and unloading groceries we found the freezer door handle was not secure. I immediately emailed Alyssa and was told they would take care of the issue upon our check out. There were also multiple air fresheners in each room which was overwhelming. The “chemical” smell was too much for my husband who is sensitive to scents and chemicals. We took them and placed them in a drawer during our stay. Other than those two things, our stay was enjoyable. We also liked the convenience of garage parking. Nice property!
