“A Hillside Getaway” is a 3-bedroom 2 bath newly renovated home sitting on 1.72 acres and is a perfect location for your family vacation. It has an easy drive to Historic Downtown Sevierville, Dolly Parton statue, Soaky Mountain and Dollywood.

Entering “A Hillside Getaway” you will be greeted with an inviting kids living area with a brand new electric fireplace, a built-in double bunk featuring 4 twin beds with an arcade game system. Walking into the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, and living room you will find everything you need for your family getaway. The living room has a gas fireplace and seating perfect to cuddle up with a blanket after a long day to enjoy the beautiful view of the rolling hills and Smoky Mountains. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook and plenty of maneuvering space. This is the perfect layout for the family chef to throw together a masterpiece for the evening’s dinner. The dining area seating offers space for 6 and gives everyone enough space to enjoy the wonderful meal. There is also additional seating for 4 in the breakfast nook.

Just off the living and dining area is a hallway leading to two of the three bedrooms each having their own tv. For convenience there is also a bathroom with shower / tub combo for the two bedrooms to share. The King Master is the third bedroom and is more secluded on the other side of the main level with a private bathroom offering a walk-in beautifully tiled shower and not one but two closets. This is where you can wash away your day of sightseeing and shopping before bed.

Not ready for bed just yet, there is still plenty to do. Head out on the back deck and soak for a while in the luxurious hot tub or head out on the front deck to enjoy that gorgeous view.

The large detached game room just out the Kids living area features a pool table, air hockey, basketball and 2 TV's!
This home has so much to offer that you will easily be able to make the most of your time when staying at this little hidden gem. A Hillside Getaway is the perfect place for your family vacation.

Thanksgiving get away

Great location, quiet but close to the attractions. The Grand kids loved all the games they got to play along with the bunkbeds. We really enjoyed out stay!

Amazing property!

We loved the location and the front porch view! And the kids loved the movie room and the game room! We will definitely be using this property again in future trips to Tennessee.

Great place!

We loved our stay there. It was very clean and had a gorgeous view out the front. The house is private and quiet. The game room was an awesome place to hang out with our teens. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Trip

Had the best time and this place was in the country and very private. Driveway has a incline but my Tahoe had no trouble getting in and out. We had a problem with the internet getting all the televisions to work. The game room was a hit with the family. The 3 bedrooms and then the 4 bunk beds gave plenty of room for everyone.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was great. Loved the games for the kids, lots of beds and in a peaceful location. The only thing negative is that the hot tub setting was on 109* so we couldnt enjoy it on our 1st night, took to long to cool down. We didnt have a chance to any other night since we were busy and it was always late when we got back. Other than that, everything was great.

Good location but lacking here and there

It’s a great location. The game room and entertainment room are both awesome. But….the fireplace wasn’t hooked up and it was freezing several days we were there. There was insulation on the floor from the heat vents and the hosts only provide enough dishwasher supplies for 2 runs but there are threats about leaving anything unwashed. For a family for 4 staying a week that’s means a trip to the store. It’s a good place but we’ve stayed at better.

However, I am sorry to hear that you experienced some issues during your stay. I apologize for the inconvenience of the fireplace not being hooked up. We have now fixed this issue so that future guests will not have to face the same problem. Additionally, I apologize for the insulation on the floor from the heat vents. This has been addressed and resolved as well. Regarding the dishwasher supplies, I apologize for any confusion. We do provide enough dishwasher supplies for a short stay, but for longer stays, we ask that guests purchase additional supplies. I apologize if this was not made clear enough in the listing or during your stay. I will make sure to update the listing with clearer instructions. Thank you again for your feedback, and I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. I take all feedback seriously and will use it to improve the experience for future guests. Nice trip

Overall our stay was nice. Family loved the game room Didn't realize when we booked on VRBO it was kicking us to a 3rd party. Didn't love this. Had a issue with hot water heater not working. It was fixed the next day. Communication wasn't great we had to make several phone calls. The house met our needs but needs a bit of TLC

Perfect

5 minutes to gas or groceries. 15 to the heart of pigeon forge. Bonus building with pool table (with room to actually play any shot), air hockey, indoor basketball, bar, and two tvs was a huge surprise. You can play music and have fun in there and you can't even hear it in the house, which is very close. Tvs everywhere. HUGE master bed and bath. Very clean everywhere. Easy to use hot tub. Good internet. Brand new grill on deck. I can't say enough. A bunch of teen girls for a 17th birthday party, my wife, and my two younger kids and everyone loved it. Book it.
