Mr. John, I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Our home is exactly as represented in our listing. It is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, with three bedrooms featuring queen-size beds and one bedroom with a full-size bed, as clearly shown in the photos and described on the booking site. We always strive to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. If additional supplies or amenities are ever needed, or if our cleaning team has unintentionally missed something, I encourage guests to contact me right away. It is always my pleasure to personally make sure those items are delivered promptly. Thanks Robert for the review. I have noted all your observations and will look into them. However it is really surprising that a house with very good ratings from many guests got this from you. Indeed not all people value same things.

Lilly so sorry you felt the way you felt. Actually this particular house is on high demand and most times we run into guest checking out same day as guest checking in. We try to accommodate our guest. Our check in time is 4pm and we send out checkin information within 24hr as the case maybe. I am really surprise at your review because you never called or asked for any thing, and never reported that any of the rooms lacked anything. This is the first time we are getting this kind of review and it is quite unfortunate . Because we take reviews seriously, I will have to talk to the cleaning crew to straighten out loose ends.
