This SPECTACULAR WATERFRONT LUXE VILLA is absolutely everything you ever dreamt of.

It has a modern and contemporary design that will absolutely blow your mind.

Inside you will find 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a Smart TV, a pool table and much more.

However, the fantastic backyard is what makes this property so special:

- Access to the canal

The Space:
BEDROOMS:

1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and with access to a full private bathroom.
2. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS, access to a full private bathroom and to the backyard.
3. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.
4. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full shared bathroom.
5. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a full shared bathroom.

*Two extra folding beds.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY.

Guests have access to the entire property and its amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Biscayne Gardens is an urban and really calm neighborhood. The perfect place to enjoy everything Miami has to offer.

The best part about this neighborhood is that it is located just minutes away from Miami's most beautiful beaches. It’s algo well centrally located so you can go either south and north to visit the nightlife/sightseeing/restaurants of this eccentric and beautiful city.

There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:
- No parties.
- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music.
- No smoking indoors.

For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

Fantastic property

The rental property was excellent. Beautiful!! Clean comfortable for our family/friends gatheringThe outstanding negative was poor communication. We continually had issues communicating with host. Responses were spotty and we were never sure of preferred method to reach him - messaging in app vs calling by phone vs texting. It was inconsistent among all and caused stress when trying to reach at critical times, which caused stress and distraction during our Miami stay. neerecommendation might be to

Everything was good but the area seems not too touristic! Aarón, the owner, was very kind and helpfull with everything. The property is very confortable and beautifull but has many details of manteinance that should be checked… Even that I recomend to stay there because it was a very Nice experience!!!

Decent stay

Overall, we had a really nice time. The backyard was gorgeous and a wonderful space to be outside. We loved the creek, the little sandy area, and the vast amount of space there was. The actual house was a bit smaller than we expected. We had 8 adults and 6 kids with us and it really did not fit us the way the website explained it would. There were many items that were broken and needed replacing, did not work, and/or they did not have. We got a few quick responses from the host, but the more things we found wrong, the less responses we got. Overall, we wouldn't go again.

Gorgeous Back Yard and Pool!

We stayed with our family, 6 adults and 3 little kids, almost 2, 4 and 6 years old. This back yard and pool were perfect. The kids almost never left the pool! There are three very shallow areas that the 2 year old could play in without us worrying or having to get in and hold her in the water all day. She enjoyed going from one little shallow area to another. The pool has a "waterfall" at one end (infinity pool) and two kind of little fountains in the shallow areas that added interest and to the kids' fun. There's a gorgeous fire box, grill and huge table in the yard, so there is almost no reason to go inside except to sleep. The river behind makes everything seem even more open and spacious. The landscaping is lush and beautiful. There was great wildlife watching, colorful birds and a few huge iguanas in a tree over the river. The house isn't huge, but since we were oitside almost all the time it was more than sufficient. It has a great family-friendly lay-out, with one level, one main TV/activity room, and almost all of the 5 bedrooms have their own private bath--that was awesome. And one bathroom is accessible directly from the back yard, which is convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and any utensil and pots/pans/cookie sheets/bowls/ measuring cups you need. Plenty of bath and pool towels provided and soap, shampoo and conditioner in all baths. There is a TV in main living area and on in each of 3 of the bedrooms (again, more than sufficient for us). We absolutely loved this house. The only downside for us was the area. This house is in an area that is not walker friendly, but there is a security gate. You will need to drive anywhere you go. But in the car, you have access to a good, clean Publix grocery within 2 miles (or you can have groceries delivered, of course, we did a couple times), the Aventura mall (amazing) is about 20 minutes away and beaches are all about 30 minutes away (although only about 5 miles--traffic stretches the distance!)(Aaron recommended Bal Harbor Beach and it was beauiful with cheap parking in downtown Miami--some beaches "close" at 6 which just means you can't purchase chairs, no big). This house is a little oasis, perfect if you plan to stay put and relax at home on your vacation, or if you don't mind driving - you have access to really anything you could possibly want or need!

Hermoso lugar acogedor, cómodo, muy amplio a mi familia y a mi nos encanto excelente comunicación con el anfitrión! Súper recomendado no dan ganas ni de salir de la propiedad xq ahí tienes todo!
