Gulf View - Private Beach - Spectacular Views

“Sea Dunes”- A family-friendly house with an unobstructed Gulf view and 100 yards away from the beach. Our home is located in a subdivision called Cabana Beach and only our families and guests can use the beach. Our home is located on the second row of houses . The open floor plan is centered around a large great room with vaulted ceilings. Fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is adjacent to a dining area. Living area has a 55 "TV viewing area with Direct TV. You can commune with nature by relaxing on the gulf side wrap around deck for plenty of sun, or sit on the covered deck overlooking the dunes. House has a separate laundry area combined with a half bath underneath. The enclosed outside shower has hot and cold water. Fishing table with large sink also located underneath the house with extra sitting in the shade. If you get the urge to explore, you can move your car from one of the houses’ 2 covered parking spots and take a short drive to the heart of Gulf Shores and local stores and restaurants. Sea Dunes guests can also enjoy a round of golf at the famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course, charter a boat at Fort Morgan Marina, play at the Gulf Shores amusement and water park, visit the nearby Civil War fort, or take a ferry boat ride across the bay to Dauphin Island. This well maintained house is located on Fort Morgan Peninsula.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Fort Morgan. Great views and can hear the ocean. Furniture in the living room is also really comfortable. Check in process and communication with the owners was easy and quick.

Easy week on the beach

Brought my family four to the beach for a week and this was a great place to stay! Away from the crowds of Gulf Shores, easy access to a private beach, house had everything we needed to relax for a while.

Second Time Around

This was our second time staying at the SeaDunes and it was as good if not better than the first! The location is our favorite in Fort Morgan and the view is amazing. We love how comfortable and cozy the whole place is and the kitchen is well stocked. Mike is really great with communicating and answering any questions you have. We can’t wait to go back!! Thank y’all for sharing your place with us.

Another Great Stay

This was our fourth time staying at the house. Our kids asked specifically to stay here again. Nice view, great location, friendly hosts, and private beach area that never disappoints. The house has new flooring which was nice. We like the outside shower and updated bathroom in the bottom level. We love the location outside of Gulf Shores, but it’s close enough to go in if the kids need a break from the beach. We went parasailing a short walk down the beach at the Beach Club, played a round of golf in Gulf Shores, and grabbed fresh seafood to cook at the house at the nearby fish market. We highly recommend for families with children of all ages. We will be back again.

Perfect property for our family!

We absolutely loved this beach house! The private beach was a huge thing for us, and it did not disappoint! No crowds and it is so close to the property. The house had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great time in Fort Morgan! The beach house was clean. It was a short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to talk to and very helpful. We plan on coming back soon!! The Fletchers

Perfect Place

The trip was a truly memorable one. Perfect for for 4 and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Easy walk to beach and peaceful neighborhood! We have been down to the area for over 20 years and this is the top of the list for renting again. Thank you for the opportunity and the great memories!

Cozy and wonderful! Would stay again 😊

We loved this property. It was so nice to be so close to the beach from our driveway and love that there isn’t a house between this place and the beach to block the view. It was welcoming and like I went to visit family. Very clean and well stocked. Beach was SO not crowded because only this neighborhood was allowed on this part of the beach. And Mike and Donna were wonderful to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Vacation

Piece of Paradise

House was exactly as presented on the site with great open view to Gulf that allowed for hours of balcony dolphin watching ! Private beaches without crowds was big plus and time for some devotional reading. Nice quaint cottage for 2 - 4 people and responsiveness of owners was a plus.

2023 vacation

Fantastic location

My family really enjoyed staying at Cabana Beach! We love staying on the Fort Morgan side of Gulf Shores. We will definitely be staying here again. Loved the short walk to the water, and the place has everything you need.

Just Steps Away From Beauty

For a small family, or small group of people this property is perfect. I went with my dad and my boyfriend and it was perfect for us. 2 bedroom, with wrap around porch. The view of the ocean from the front desk was beautiful and loved that our walk was straight out the driveway.

Great House

Great place for our family beach trip! Roomy, clean, all the necessities, the extra bathroom and shower were a plus. Short walk to the beach. Love the wrap around porch. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions I had. We will definitely be back! :)

We have enjoyed the house since 1984. Our 2 children, recently graduated from college and were born and raised going to the beach and still love it today.

My wife and I have seen beaches all over the world and Gulf Shores is still one of our favorite places. We love the Cabana Beach development on Fort Morgan Peninsula. It's away from the main part of Gulf Shores, but a short drive to all the main attractions.
Very peaceful and secluded from the crowds.
