We had an awesome time!! The weather was beautiful & saw a lot of dolphins. The view from S6 is amazing! When came in from beach we would sit on deck until after dark. So calming hearing the waves. Can’t wait to go back next summer!!

Ft Morgan Townhomes has been the place we take our family vacation every summer for the past 15 years. This unit is definitely our favorite! It is so peaceful and relaxing whether on the beach or sitting on the deck watching dolphins! The unit has everything we could ever need, is well maintained, and is very comfortable. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Awesome place to stay

Really enjoyed the townhome. Located right on the beach & nice & clean. Our granddaughters loved the beach & also the townhome pool. Saw a lot of dolphins.

Fort Morgan Getaway

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more. The location was perfect the house had everything we needed, and when we had a very small issue with the dishwasher Sandra and Kevin were very helpful.

Love Fort Morgan

Love that I could fall asleep and wake up to the view of the ocean. The balcony is my go to and the water was only 75 feet from our townhouse

Love Ft. Morgan

We had an awesome time at the beach! The weather was perfect majority of the time. We saw a lot of dolphins! The fireworks display was so neat to watch! Weather was perfect for it. Our granddaughters loved the beach & pool at townhome. Can’t wait to go back next summer.

Great place to stay, right on the beach!

No problems with anything on the property; very nice, from bathroom and kitchen items to deck chairs, furniture and beds. Stayed from 3/23/19 to 3/30/19 and enjoyed the place! Great location, just as pictured, almost on the very end of Fort Morgan. Owner and property manager were prompt and helpful on questions about minor things. We'd stay there again!

Fantastic!

This stay was, by far, the best we have ever had at Ft Morgan townhomes! The beds were comfortable, everything we could have ever needed was provided, the unit was clean, and the location was perfect. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Perfect Getaway. Steps From The Beach!

Our stay was wonderful. Perfect for a family with young children. Our trip was during Spring Break, however the section of beach that S6 is on was quiet and uncrowded. Tons of room for fishing and playing on the beach. The S6 deck overlooks the beach & Gulf, and steps from the unit lead down right out onto the beach. Stow your "gear" at night in the carport, and have everything set up in minutes the next day...no long street to walk back and forth on with all your stuff! The unit itself was clean and well appointed, from utensils, sheets, towels, appliances, charcoal grill, beach toys and chairs, and so on. The booking process, check-in, check-out, and communication were seamless. Thanks Sandra!

Peaceful & Perfect vacation

My husband loves to sit on the balcony and I love to sit at the ocean! This location let us be closer to the ocean than we could ever imagine. The condo was clean, well taken care of, and we already booked the same location for next year! I have never had a more perfect vacation and I have been traveling to the beach for 45 years! The locations is Very quiet and I also enjoyed dring to Tacky Jacks 2, which is 2 min. away and Sassy Bass is only 5-10 min down the road! I thought the food was better than in town! We can not wait for next year! Kevin works for Sandra and he was very helpful! He answered questions and made great suggestions! He was quick to respond and very kind!

Property was as pictured. Location was absolutely beautiful! The beach was not crowded at all at this location - very peaceful. We did have a couple of small issues and Kevin was quick at helping us out and responding to our concerns. The property could use more towels and washcloths, but I didn't bother mentioning this to Kevin. I'm sure if I would have he would have fixed the situation asap as he was really on the ball with making sure we had a good vacation. Just picked up a few cheap towels from the nearby Dollar General and we were all good. We're already planning on coming back next year.

Good Place - Terrible Bedside Manner

To be fair, the place itself wasn't that bad. It had what we needed and some...except for water. The water was cut off two days in a row during the middle of the day. The landlord's "friend" or assistant, in his oh so eloquent manner dismissed us by saying, "well you better go fill up buckets in the tub." That was it. I had 5 kids in there and my wife. There were other solutions, that we came up. But he just seemed to have no time for our situation. too bad because the views, the sand and the water was great!

BEST location that needs a little TLC

We've stayed all over Fort Morgan over the last decade, and this was the best location/easiest beach access yet. The townhouse itself could use some TLC and updating, but that's not a deal breaker for us. Easy beach access and comfortable beds are what matter most to us, and we were happy with both! There were a few places that could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly (splashes on the wall behind the sink/counter tops and down the cabinets, one of the drawers was full of sticky condiment packets that appeared to have been there a long time.) I noticed those first thing, so I'm not sure how the cleaning service didn't catch those messes. I wiped the walls/cabinets myself, and we also cleaned the sliding doors that overlooked the beach :) The townhouse had plenty of kitchen tools, cookware, and towels. Communication with property manager was prompt. Despite needing a little attention, we'd definitely return because of the convenience factor. Thanks!

Beach vacation

First of all, let me say we loved how close we were to the beach. That was absolutely the best! The balcony was wonderful and the outdoor furniture was comfy. The condo was a good size for two couples. The mattresses were as comfortable if not more comfortable than our own. The AC worked great! We had a fabulous time. There are a few things I would update just to make it more enjoyable but if not, I would still absolutely come back. The bed linens were worn and thin. The rugs were worn (bathrooms and living room). The living room furniture could use a good cleaning. There were food items in the cabinet. Flour, sugar and some spices. We left it alone but i was surprised it was there. Like I said these were just little things and by no means affected our trip. We had a great time and thank you!

Ft Morgan fall break

We loved this place, it was well suited for our group. We love the Fort Morgan Rd area, spent many years vacationing there. This town home location was PERFECT, right on the water. Beautiful. We hope to return soon

Great Location!

This property wasn’t a luxury property, but the location made up for it! It was located in a quiet part of the beach, 20 feet from the boardwalk. There are several condos in the neighborhood, but it was a quiet and family friendly area.

I fell in love with this property because my family has vacationed there several summers. We love the quietness of Fort Morgan and the beautiful, white, sandy gulf front beach. We hope your family has as much fun as we do here.
