Fabulous Saint-Germain des Pres! This apartment is incredibly located in the heart of the stunning Saint-Germain, corner of rue Guenegaud and rue Mazarine. One street away from the bank, five minute walking from pont des arts, le louvre, etc.

Located to the first floor with elevator on the yard, this apartment is completely silent and quiet. You don't even hear any cars from the Rue Guenegaud with windows completely opened. Rare in Paris. Unic privilege in that area, there is a private terrace balcony to appreciate the sky during the sweet days on a easy chair.

The apartment is a studio completely renovated with taste and luxe. A nest of elegance. All the amenities imaginable are provided: Fully kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV cable, Internet high speed unlimited and permanent FREE! Linens, towels and all the soap products for the bathroom and the machines are provided.

Early check-in directly from the airport possible if nobody sleeps in the unit the night before for FREE! If not, usual check-in around 12h30. Possibility to leave your luggage inside before while the cleaning is processing).

I loved this place! It lived up to the description in every way! The location is perfect, especially to go out and experience Paris at night! As a single senior felt perfectly safe. The host was very welcoming.

I loved this place for me. The host was very quick to respond to any inquiries and the room was safe, warm and clean upon entering. The location has amazing access the vibrant galleries and life of shopping, eating and museums in the city.

Thierry was very nice and always responsive. The unit was cozy, in a very convenient location central to many sightseeing activities and the metro. It was also surprisingly quiet for how busy the area was. Also came well stocked with kitchenware and bedding/toiletries.

Our host could not have been more helpful! He was easily accessible when we had questions The location was ideal- approximately 1 block from the Seine. Ten minute walk to Notre Dame, right by Pont Neuf bridge. Absolutely fabulous location- great access to metro, buses, and a huge number of good restaurants. The apartment was perfect for a couple. It has an outdoor balcony big enough for 2 chairs a little table. We enjoyed the fact that we could have a leisurely coffee and breakfast there before going out for the day to explore Paris. There are plenty of dishes/juice/wine glasses,etc. and the basics: coffee, teas, vinegar for salads, etc. Two burner stovetop and fridge, coffeemaker, toaster& microwave plus a clothes washer and a dishwasher. Grocery store was a 5 minute walk. Frankly, we could not have found a better place! Last, while not important to everyone, we enjoyed the fact that we had 4-5 English speaking TV channels; CNN, CNBC, BBC, Sky news, etc.Whenever we return- this will be our 1st choice. I plan to heartily recommend this apartment and this host to all our friends and family.Last- specifically to VRBO- your system would not let me post a review unless we commented on our ‘wine experience’- which did not have anything at all to do with the apartment.

I would happily stay here again! Everything I needed, even a little terrace which was lovely to enjoy the perfect weather! This is a great location, in the middle of the 6th and super quiet, anything you might need is just a few steps away.

We loved our stay. Thierry was there to greet us. He explained the workings of the studio. Everything was very easy to understand.. We had everything we needed. The room was very clean. We loved the location. We are in our 80’s and walked most places. We did get a 10 ride metro card each and for 12 days we came out with one extra each. We would stay there again, but doubt we will be back in Paris again. Love the beauty of the city and the people were so nice.

Attentive Host, Relaxing Apartment

I really appreciated how the owner would reach out at just the right moments to ask if anything in the room was missing or if I had any questions or concerns—it was such a thoughtful touch. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly, which gave me a great sense of reassurance. The apartment was well stocked with daily essentials, the kitchen was clean and neatly organized, and everything was set up for a comfortable stay. The room itself was also very quiet, which made the experience even more relaxing. The owner’s kindness and attentiveness made my stay feel truly special. I really appreciated their thoughtful care and quick replies.

Love Paris, Satisfied with Apartment

My partner and I enjoyed visiting Paris. The rental property was perfectly located for us as we were able to walk to most of our planned activities even if some walks were a bit long, we could reach most popular destinations within 45 minutes walk, but many things within 20 minutes.Our host was a great communicator with flexible check-in and provided many helpful suggestions for our visit. Unfortunately the apartment didn't entirely match our expectations. There was no dryer in the unit and the washing machine was broken up on arrival and took four days to repair. This was important for us because we planned to do laundry once we arrived from other travels. Moreover, the air conditioning unit worked at an okay level. It's portable design did not fit the very tall windows which caused a lot of warm air to flow into the apartment while the unit was working - decreasing it's efficiency. We had some fairly hot days in the high 80s into mid-90s. Hotter than that would have been very tough. There were no fans in the unit.The apartment also had a pretty musty smell - though it's hard to tell if that's because of the damaged washer or it's the building overall. Open windows helped a lot, but it was too hot except for late at night to open the windows.Overall we recommend the host and had a good time on our trip, but we didn't enjoy this unit despite its fantastic location.

Comfortable studio in great location

Was exactly what we were looking for. Location was key and we were right where we wanted to be. Amenities were very good as well. Coffee and kettle for tea were great for kickstarting the day.

Just Right!

This property was in a great location- quiet and extremely safe. Access to everything was well-explained and detailed. The bed was comfortable and all amenities were sufficient for a week’s stay. I felt lucky to have booked this one, and Thierry was a very accommodating host! Thanks so much- would definitely choose to stay there again.

Heart of St Germain

Apartment is very conveniently located in the St Germain-des-Pres neighbourhood. Shops, transit, and many cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We visited several arrondissements during our stay, the 6th was easily our favourite. Thierry was very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience! Thierry’s place was perfect for our stay. Easy to find, quiet, and comfortable! The check in/out process was simple and efficient. The location was perfect-walking distance to many beautiful sights/attractions(The Louvre, Notre Dame, many cafes and restaurants). Thierry was the most gracious and helpful host, we had a dental mishap during our trip and Thierry helped us find a dentist in our area. He was attentive and available to answer all of our inquiries. When we return to Paris we will absolutely being staying with Thierry again!

Outstanding Location and owner

We arrived early, and the apartment was ready for us. We contacted Thierry, and he came to the apartment to meet us. He was very polite and helpful. He told us a few things about the apartment, and left. We asked him about a driver to take us to the airport, and he took care of it for us. The apartment lives up to everything as advertised. We were close to all of the major attractions that we were interested in visiting. It was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return when we come back to Paris. Great restaurants close by and grocery stores not to far as well. Gregory provided a great service to the airport. Thank you Thierry for everything!

Good room for 1 or 2

I stayed 5 nights on a solo trip. It is a good room for a single traveler or couple to access the centre of Paris. Great bedding, great little terrace. Kitchen and toilet are a bit cramped. Cooking and working here might be difficult. Thierry was very kind and responsive to questions.

Great location!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, located only steps away from vibrant cafés and restaurants. I was able to walk to so many great neighborhoods I didn’t even get to use my metro pass! The apartment is cute with everything you need. And Thierry is very responsive and helpful should you ever need anything. I would easily recommend this apartment.
