Madam Claudine was a wonderful and kind host. She was always available if we had any questions or needed anything. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to do our laundry, prepare meals and access the metro very easily. The area is perfect for folks who want to experience Paris from a local’s perspective. It wasn’t overcrowded with tourists and has many good neighborhood cafes and restaurants nearby. We felt at home in Madam Claudine’s cozy Parisian apartment and would definitely goose to stay there again.

We had a fantastic time in Paris and this apartment was in the absolute best area you could be in. Metro right here takes you everywhere in less than 20 minutes(get the 5 day pass!) stores and restaurants right outside the door. We wanted to get a feel for living in Paris in an apartment and this is it. You might not like the 3 floor walk up, if you like hotels stick with that, but we appreciated the washing machine, the privacy, the quiet, and the space of this apartment. The host is so welcoming and kind, such a joy. Experience I will never forget. Love from Texas

Located right by the metro, with easy access to coffee, pastry and meal options, but not in the heavily touristed and congested part of Paris. You are not walking in crowds of foreigners pulling suitcases, there aren’t souvenir shops lining the streets, just locals staying busy, and it makes it easy to enjoy the true personality of the city. (Learn some french, it will go a long way) The quiet 3rd floor apartment was the perfect place for my wife and I to spend our honeymoon. Everything was clean, water pressure and heat of the shower was good, the room is a good size and stayed plenty warm in the winter. But the real star of the show is the host; Claudine. Friendly and direct, organized and informative. Check in was easy, check out even easier. We look forward to returning, and without question will be staying here again.

The location is perfect - very central to everything! Claudine is so welcoming and sweet and helpful :) the apartment is so cozy. My daughter joined me for the second half of my stay and we had a wonderful time doing so many different things! Thank you Claudine! i cant wait to come back!

Perfect location for first time in Paris!! Close to metros , train and transit! Very walkable to other areas as well as the Notre Dame and Luxemborg Gardens! Flat is well equipped , in the heart of Monteparnasse with restaurants everywhere! Claudine is a fabulous host and very helpful! Highly recommend!

Claudine was very friendly and accommodating. Met us at our room, answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. Location was great. We love to walk and were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to see and do. If you’re not a big walker public transportation was right there.

The apartment was very nice. The owner was delightful to work with, very responsive to any questions that I had, greeted us when we arrived and gave us a layout of the neighborhood and different things like you know where the local food market was, the Metro Station, etc. I highly recommend this place and I would stay there again.

It was the most wonderful stay - the apartment was absolutely beautiful and in the best location near cafes, supermarkets and metro. Couldn’t recommend this more highly - the owner Claudine was so kind and so helpful sharing tips on sightseeing and anything needed. I’ll be back - thank you for the memorable stay.

Charming apartment, Gracious host

The apartment looks just like the photos. The windows open to bustling Montparnasse, sidewalk cafes, bakeries, and shopping. Easy metro access across the street. The apartment has everything you might need. We stayed for a week and prepared food in the kitchen and did some laundry. Wi-Fi signal was strong. At night, the windows and dark curtains kept the place dark and silent for a restful sleep.As others have noted, Claudine is a charming, gracious host. Check in was very easy as she lives in the building. She was prompt in communication through the VRBO app or What'sApp. When asked, she shared her favorite cafes and eateries. The night before we left she gave us great directions for taking the metro to the airport.

The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient for exploring Paris with many business and the metro very close to the apartment. I rented Claudine's one-bed studio apartment for my adult son Matthew and his partner to use during our extended family trip to Paris in early July. The apartment is a five minute walk from the Gare Montparnasse and is accordingly close to a wide variety of convenient Paris transportation options. It has all the character of a classical Paris apartment with a separate bathroom with laundry facilities, a small kitchen and a work area. Claudine was very helfpful and accomodating for the check-in process and was in touch during the 6-night rental. The apartment is the perfect Paris location for younger people who have no problem with its third floor location (no lift).George AllenJuly 19, 2025

Classic Studio Apartment

Great apartment and was the perfect size for the two of us. Located near a number of restaurants and cafes and was across the street from the metro stations to start your travels. Eiffel tower was a few subway stops away and the picture is from the cafe just around the corner. Madame Drame was a pleasure to deal with and was there to welcome us and to see us off as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Mme Drame is the perfect host

A roomier apartment than we were expecting. An old, traditional French apartment that had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure great, efficiency kitchen, and soundproof windows! The breakfast counter was a liltle too high for me, but there was a fold up table/chairs that worked perfectly. The washer was efficient and our clothes dried quickly on the rack. We didn't use the t.v., but the internet was great. The location can't be beat - there's a METRO stop about a 30 second walk, and bus stops within a block. This is in great neighborhood with lots of restaurants (Chartier next door), a street with 10 creperies (try Creperie de Josselin), grocery stores (a Monoprix, Franprix), and more. Quick 15 min walk to Luxembourg Jardin. But the best of all is Mme. Drame - she was very responsive before we arrived making sure we were settled, providing recommendations, and even fixing the internet quickly. We had some wonderful discussions with her. We would stay there again on any future trips!

Perfect stay in Paris

The flat was just what we needed for our visit and the location was incredible. Having a selection of transit rough outside the door made any place easily accessible. The restaurants and cafe near by were excellent. Highly recommend cafe montparnasse and bouillon Chartier.Claudine was so lovely and my husband and i would have loved to sit down with her at of the cafes and visit more.
