M & S Turtle Coves is a new rental and offers two warm and beautiful living spaces to relax after a sun-kissed day at the beach. Conveniently located on Beach Access Road to the Gulf Coast waters, M & S Turtle Cove is within walking distance from the beach.

This spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has comfortable open-concept living. The large kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with all your kitchen essentials. Brew a cup of coffee with your choice of a coffee maker or Keurig. The dining room provides seating for six guests. Enjoy resting after a fun day at the beach in the living room which includes two queen-size sleeper sofas and a flat-screen TV. Unwind on the balcony to sounds of nature and ocean breezes.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. Overall good. Grill was not useable. Needs to be replaced. Also it needs a dish towel and oven mitt. Had to use a towel. Great location!

Turtle cove stay

This condo was cute and cozy for the 6 people that stayed. Plenty of space for us all. Room to cooked every meal there. Wished I had brought my good frying pan as cookwear was not great (I usually bring one). Had a great time with family. Short drive to the beach. 10 out of 10!

This is a great location for the beach, it is literally walking distance! The place was very welcoming and the decorations were nice. I loved being able to relax in the balcony and we even had dinner out there one night! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped for a delicious breakfast or dinner. I loved that they had a water hose which is much needed to clean the sand off before going in the house to avoid getting sand all over the place once you're clean. Overall this was a great stay and i would definitely recommend we were a group of 10 people with 2 toddlers and pets and this place felt like home at our vacation destination!

This property is as described. It is at the corner of 2 busy streets so you often hear the traffic pass by. The kitchen sink broke in which case we couldn't use the kitchen sink or dishwasher for a day or so.

Great location, cute decor

Love this property. Checkin/out couldn't have been easier. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Decor was perfect for the beach location. Plenty of parking too. Hope we'll be back next year.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at the property close to everything. Very comfortable! If travel with small children, I would stay in the floor bedroom . The upstairs was great. It has extra living area with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms Would definitely stay here again

Beach Getaway

The condo was located .30 miles from the beach and had all the admenties we needed for two families (10 total people). The rental company was very responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We onlt gave 4 stars because, the outside area had trash scattered around and the pool was on the smaller side.

Great value and location for Port A!

Our family of four (two adults, a 4-year-old and an 18-month-old) took our annual trip to Port A, this time bringing along a set of grandparents and three dogs. While it was a little tight with everyone, the place was very clean and well-furnished, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. We were a little concerned about parking as the listing and contract stated three vehicle passes and we only received two (we needed a third for a golf cart), but encountered no issues. Bonus: there are baby gates installed on the stairs but they aren’t completely secure; we brought our own so this wasn’t a problem. We have no complaints, it was a great stay and we would rent there again!

Nice beach family condo

I had a great time here with my family. The place as a whole was clean, had nice decorations, and everything was functional. The location was nice, on the edge of town. It was a quick drive to get everything we needed, but the location wasn't crowded. There is a little beach shop and a convenience store in easy walking distance, which was useful during our trip. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I was expecting, but not so long that we needed a golf cart, even with elderly members of the party. I think the .3 mile estimate is accurate, it just felt a little far when carrying all our beach stuff in the heat. They offered a discount on cart rentals if you're interested in that. Overall, dealing with the management was nice. They were very responsive, and useful during and even after the trip. The only issue here was that the booking process was more involved than other places I've stayed. They did contact me when I missed a step.

The property is listed as a King downstairs and 2 twins downstairs with the remaining queen and bunk beds upstairs. When we arrived it was actually a queen downstairs and ALL the other bedrooms upstairs, which normally would not be an issue, but we specifically rented the home for the 2 rooms downstairs as we had 3 family members who are unable to climb stairs. The property is not kept up and stocked as listed as well as sand all over the floor and full trash cans upon arrival, I think they forgot to clean it. Examples and photos below.1. Downstairs queen- television does not work and you can tell where there was previous water damage on the ceiling the was not fixed properly and now has mold showing through.2. Sounds strange but I wasn’t aware you had to bring your own toilet paper, not a big deal but an inconvenience after traveling all day.3. Child gate at the bottom of the stairs needs to be repaired “correctly”. And you can tell at one point there was a gate the the top stairs and now just large holes in the wall.4. Property list a “water view” and I guess if I stand on the 2nd story roof I might be able to see some form of ocean?5. On our checkout day we had someone BANGING on the door at 8:30 checking to see if we had already left the house, check is at 11:00 am not 8:30 am?These are the things that stand out to me and there were other minimal things as well. My main issue was the sleeping situation and the wet molding ceiling in the bedroom.

Endless Waves

More than exceeded our expectations for our family reunion. Tastefully decorated and great location! You can see Gulf from balcony. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. We did have to call maintenance for a water issue. They were out within minutes and fixed it. Great Service. We will be back!
