When entering the home; you are welcomed by the inviting front porch where many memories will be made. You will then be impressed by the large living area that is equipped with a 70 inch Smart TV with Netflix and plush furnishings ready for those relaxing evenings. Feelin' Tip-Sea provides you with an amazing kitchen featuring high end appliances, granite countertops and stunning cabinetry. This kitchen has all of the items needed to prepare that fabulous meal! The dining area is well-appointed with seating for 10 plus an additional four at the breakfast bar. With this open floor plan, the living area, kitchen and dining space flows beautifully so that everyone is able to enjoy their time together.
The amazingly spacious master bedroom will sure to be an oasis within your own private retreat. There is a king-size bed for your leisure. The spectacular connecting mater bathroom with granite counter-tops and bathtub with shower will definitely give you that pampered resort feeling! There are two additional well furnished king-size bedrooms located on the second floor. The bunk room offers twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunk beds with a flat screen TV.

Located upstairs is a game room to enjoy with a arcade-style game table with over 400 classic 80's video games to play, a Ping Pong Table and an Air Hockey Game Table. Just outside Feelin' Tip-Sea you will find a custom gazebo with an outdoor bar and plenty of seating to enjoy a glass of tea or wine!

Great family vacation!! The location was amazing. First time in Port A.Already planning for next year. We will definitely be back!!!Had a little trouble with the tv remote in the living room…..everything else made our stay wonderful!

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Dishwasher problems but otherwise it worked great for us. Cart rental place right next door, beach a block away.

Perfect Place For Family

This house was perfect for my grown kids their spouses, grandkids age 6 & 2 and my nephews!! Every couple had their own bathrooms and king size beds. Bunk room and game room super fun. Fenced back yard and walk to the pool perfect!!! Ideal location!!! Will definitely be renting this place next year!!

First, let me begin with the positives. Amazing location, great space, king beds and decor. Unfortunately the negatives were both the oven and dishwasher were in need of repair when we arrived 2/1. I contacted the property manager on Monday 2/3. It was 3/7 before an appliance man came. The mold filled dishwasher and heat element was repaired 2/12. The oven door was not repaired until 2/19. This being for the 3 on the overall rating.

This house is in an excellent location and has plenty of space for three adult couples, two "adult" children, and two smaller children. Pros:Location-Minutes from the driveway to the beach. You can walk to the golf cart rental (and they have good pizza too). Close to The Texan gas station as well as a smaller Valero.Property- The driveway had enough space for two 3/4 ton trucks, one with a golf cart trailer, a Suburban, a sedan, and a second golf cart we rented. Directly beside the community pool with a private access door on the patio.The patio has plenty of comfortable seating.All bedrooms have a private bath! Three of the bedrooms are kings, and the last one has two sets of bunk beds, one full set and one twin set. The bunks worked well for two small children and two grown children.The game room was fun to have during down times and to entertain the smaller children while the adults cooked/cleaned.Deco is on point with the beach theme!Cons:While the house is well-stocked with a lot of necessities, in my opinion, the cookware isn't usable. I will bring my own next time. Same with trash bags. These are minor inconveniences that I admit to being bougie about, which is why I still give five stars. We will definitely be back! Maybe very soon!

Last minute cancellation for Memorial Day

A few days before a big trip on Memorial Day weekend, we got a cancellation due to an “HVAC failure”. The owner/group did not offer mobile or window HVAC units, but only had two smaller places to split us into as our only option. These were dingy and uninspiring, especially compared to the original house. One of the places had no AC until the day before we left. The inside got up to ninety degrees at 8:45 pm. The windows were broken shut. We were told a technician would fix / show up in the evening, but no one did and the heat persisted until the next afternoon. There were also numerous elements like the ceiling fan that would hit kids in the upper bunk and rotting banisters and balustrades that made the place feel unsafe and cheap. Now, the owners are filing insurance claims on elements that were documented as broken when we arrived, and adding additional fees.The other place was habitable, if thrown together, but clean and with a well-kept pool. I always love Port A, but this definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.Summary:-cancelled the original listing versus remediation with portable units-provided another unit without AC, also!-did not respond in a timely or adequate manner to heat / HVAC failure-secondary house had quality and safety concerns-did not provide a box fan when AC failed-did not followup

Poor Communication

I'll start with the pros - the location is great. Close to the beach and downtown. The rooms all have bathrooms attached. The listing does not do a great job of communicating the pros.The cons: Communication. I contacted the host regarding the pet deposit and was told 100. Multiple times I was sent a payment request for 125. It was finally corrected to 100 for me to pay.I asked about check-in time as the site indicated 3 PM but the check-in instructions stated 4 PM. When asked for clarification, the host said it would be ready by 3 PM. It was not. The cleaners were not finished until 337PM. Upon check-in, I sent a note regarding the oven light being on and the lack of bath towels. Not once during my stay (or after) did the host respond.I have been fortunate enough to stay at multiple VRBO and this one is lacking the basic "going above and beyond" most places offer and if they don't, they tell you ahead of time- not sufficient bath towels, TP, paper towels, the kitchen items are lacking, the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it is rusted throughout, and no dishwasher soap or laundry detergent left behind. To summarize, the house layout is good (bedrooms do not include closets) and the location is great, but for the price and lack of communication, I would not return to this house.
