Beautiful Mountain Cabin on Lower Provo River

A magical getaway any time of year, this luxury cabin sits just feet from the Lower Provo River- a bucket-list fishing destination for anglers, and for the rest, a most relaxing backdrop for a tranquil mountain escape.
The cabin features two bedrooms and one full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms each have a queen size bed and a television. The living area is modern and cozy, completed by a wood-burning fireplace. The fully appointed kitchen is spacious and stocked with cooking supplies, dinnerware, and common ingredients. Outside, the half-acre lot provides ample private space, including a firepit under bistro lights, BBQ grill and eating area.
The cabin getaway is a perfect fit for couples, fishing buddies or families alike. The mountain air, canyon vistas, and starry skies of Provo Canyon are enchanting and will be sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored after your stay.
The property is located just 10 minutes from Sundance Mountain Resort which offers summer and winter activities, including a renowned ski resort. The cabin is 15 minutes from the Heber/Midway area, and 30 minutes from Park City.

*Four-wheel drive, all wheel drive and or chains are required in the winter. If there is a snowstorm and safe access is not available, a full refund will be granted.
*Pets are allowed that are under 25 pounds, however, due to extreme allergies, the owner will not allow cats. So sorry for the inconvenience.
*If you are interested in renting the cabin as a wedding venue, the cost is $1500. If your party is more than 10, due to the septic system, an outhouse will be required for an additional $200. Please inquire for more details if interested.
