The stream rushes by a large yard with swing set, foot bridge, and stone benches and table for outside dining. A true respite from the outside world. Mount Timpanogos stands proudly over Sundance Resort, just a five-minute drive, where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing.

The Treehouse has two separate levels and entrances and works great for two families with kids who want their own space. The upper level is complete with living room, wood burning fireplace (wood provided), large windows and doors to the main deck. A full open kitchen and dining room with table seating for 10, plus counter seating for three , make meal time a breeze. A full bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen deck with table for your morning coffee, provides a quiet space to retreat. The downstairs offers a living room, queen bedroom with bathroom, kitchenette, and doors to the ground level patio. A one of a kind place, there are lots of things to do here: walk to the edge of the stream and cool your feet, lounge in the grass, and watch chipmunks in the trees and clouds in the sky. In winter have a snowball fight and make snow angels. Any season, it’s picture perfect.

 Top level has a hall bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with a full bed with a twin bunk bed over it, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
 Downstairs has a queen bedroom with bathroom and sleeper sofa in the living room.
 See if you can locate the “trap door” with a ladder that connects the two levels!

You will have this dwelling to yourself along with a large yard.
Parking can accommodate 3 cars. We also have the availability to offer RV parking for additional guests, please inquire.
