• $700 security deposit and signed renter agreement via Ownerez required
• $200 pet fee per dog, max 2 dogs
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old
• Valid ID and credit card must match

Note: Thermostats are set to not go below 71°F to prevent unit freezing during hot coastal weather.
