The views were amazing and no matter where you looked you could see the ocean. Being right on the water was so helpful with a baby. We were a large group and the kitchen table and living room accommodated us all. The beverage refrigerator was also a nice touch ensuring we had cold drinks all the time. Also, the beds were super comfortable.

Nice house and worth the price. Could have used a real hose for keeping the deck sand free and spraying off the doors and windows. Aside from some exterior deck maintenance the house was nice. Beds were better than other beach houses in topsail. Living furniture was nice and seemed newer. We would stay here again.

**Perfect Beachfront Getaway – Clean, Spacious, and Peaceful!**

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home! The house was beautifully appointed—spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet with stunning views, yet just a short drive to great shopping and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Great ocean views and Exceptional kitchen

Lots of room for a family get together and a birthday celebration. Loved having our dogs there with us. Good beach access and views for dolphin watching.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Reef Ridge and would definitely stay there again.

The house meet our needs perfectly, could use a good deep cleaning and some minor repairs which I think they are working on. We were very comfortable there and the view of the beach and ocean were spectacular. It was close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Could be amazing

This house has all it needs to be a great stay but it needs to be cared for more. It’s wasn’t clean beyond the basic cleaning they do every week. It felt dirty and the furniture is worn out. The mattress’s were new and amazing. The view is awesome and we had a great time on the beach.

Great location -- house needs some work. The upstairs sliding door needs a lock (not just the wooden bar) and a deep cleaning would be a plus.

Beautiful Home!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this house. It was very clean and very quiet. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and the kitchen utensils were in good enough shape to comfortably use them! The view and access to the beach is spectacular! And the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We ended up having to switch our week due to a mandatory work requirement and the rental company and owner were very accommodating. They even let us extend our trip last minute because the project ended early. I highly recommend this property!

Disappointed in the cleanliness. Sinks dirty, hairs all around on the floor, dishes not clean, oven mits nasty, washing machine nasty, extra blankets dirty, couches dirty and stained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Horrible mattresses. Expected so much nicer for our money. We made the best of it and had a decent time but will not be back.

Great view and proximity to the beach but not clean & no grill available

House needs a very deep cleaning and should offer guests a grill to use. Cleaning crew didn’t show up until check in time and had to go back and forth to get the code on front door to work.

We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the house. Stained furniture, noticeably dirty railings, doors, walls. Bags of dirty sheets were on the porch.Pans and baking sheets were put away without washing.We contacted Vacasa and were told that deep cleaning was done in the off season, we don't consider what needed to be cleaned deep cleaning.
