Scottsdale Casa Bonita is a lovely choice for your upcoming Scottsdale getaway. It is located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, plenty of golf courses, casinos, and even Spring Training baseball facilities.


This home offers a single story 1806 square feet, four bedrooms and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to eight guests.


Entering via the front door puts you into the open floor plan main living space that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen.


Living Room: Offers contemporary furnishings including a plush sectional couch, accent chair, a 72ā€ Smart TV.


Kitchen: Well equipped, the kitchen space offers stainless steel appliances including a four-burner gas range. The large kitchen island offers seating for two. You'll love the kitchen windows open to the outside bar.


Dining area: Table and seating for six


Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroomā€” King size bed, Smart TV, accent chair; access to the backyards; the ensuite bathroom offers a double sink vanity and a large shower.


Bedrooms 2 ā€” Queen size bed, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.


Bedrooms 3 ā€” Queen size bed, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.


Bedrooms 4 ā€” Two twin beds, Smart TV, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



Outdoor spaces

The backyard offers a resort-style heated saltwater pool and a 3-hole putting green. You'll also find plenty of outdoor seating, 55ā€ Smart TV, propane BBQ and a bar top looking into the kitchen. Please note, outside fireplace is non-operational.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $60 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.

Just Fine This house rental needs maintenance work done! Brick in front steps broken off and needs to be repaired. The slider from master bedroom to backyard is bent. Light flickers in master bathroom. Outdoor patio area is dirty and outdoor furniture old, worn and dirty. The inside couch needs to be cleaned professionally or replaced. There are obvious stains on every cushion. The dining room chairs look just as bad. The pool is nice. I was glad we paid the additional cost to heat the pool as the sun doesnā€™t hit the pool with roof angle and tree shading. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. This is an ideal rental spot for a bachelor party. Perhaps dudes wonā€™t mind the ā€œwornā€ look.

The house was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. There were lots of pool towels, a well stocked kitchen and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having our dogs with us and the neighborhood was great for walking. The location was very central to golf, dining, galleries, grocery stores and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

House needs maintenance. Primary bathroom toilet valve pulses and causes hammering in pipes that is audible throughout the house. Kitchen sink faucet is loose and difficult to turn off completely. Multiple kitchen drawers donā€™t shut flush. Two of the under cabinet lights donā€™t work. The screen door from the master to yard is bent and difficult to open. The vanity light in master bath flickers and shuts off randomly. The couch and dining room chairs are stained. One of the hallway lights stays on for a bit when the switch is turned off.

The location, host, and overall experience was good! Although there was limited toilet paper, and no spare kitchen garbage bags. Minor inconveniences but still inconvenient nonetheless. Also the grill had not been cleaned in sometime and a minor grease fire started. But still had plenty of fun and was in a great home thanks!

This house has everything you need, itā€™s very clean and comfortable. Itā€™s very close to Old Town Scottsdale. Our group played all the games in the backyard.

Amazing Home

Weekend trip with the girls and we pick the perfect home. Large kitchen with everything we needed, the location was close to everything hiking, golfing, and shopping :) The backyard and heated pool put the home over the top for us.
