Bob and Leslie rented my place for January and February this year. When they first arrived they wanted it cleaned better. I promptly sent an emergency cleaning crew that day. It still was not to their satisfaction. Bob and Leslie hired their own cleaning crew and they were very happy with the service. I paid for the cleaning and refunded them $1,000.00. They later fired their own cleaning service that they were happy with for being too expensive and then Bob complained that Leslie had to do laundry. It didn't stop there Bob and Leslie complained about the following: TV - I do not advertise Cable rather your own streaming choice. I had cable put in for Bob and Leslie without telling them and upgraded them to the premium package. They could enjoy streaming and Premium Upgraded Cox Cable. Coffee - I left Bob and Leslie a couple of boxes of K-Cups. They complained they wanted a coffee pot. I promptly purchased one for them. They complained a couple of hours was too long to get it to them and they had to use the Keurig. Toaster - I had the Emeril Lagasse double door multi function appliance for cooking. Bob and Leslie complained it made their toast too hard. I promptly purchased them a toaster. They asked for a good place to have dinner with friends and I suggested the Salt Cellar. They sent me a photo from the restaurant and I called down and paid $100 towards their meal. Bob and Leslie wanted to come down and check out the property prior to their arrival and I agreed as two months is a long time for both of us if you are not happy. Bob and Leslie changed their plans 3 times on me and then finally cancelled their trip to preview the property. There are certain people that no matter what you do love to complain and are never happy. The complaints felt like they came in on a daily basis for almost two months from colanders, to wooden spoons, to an axe for firewood. I could go on and on. I no longer do long term rentals thanks to Bob and Leslie.
