Señoritas House- Entire 4BR, Firepit, Pool, Views!

Enjoy this four-bedroom home on a peaceful street 5 minutes from downtown that has a brand new pool and complete renovations including the gorgeous, modern kitchen. Relax out in this desert oasis and soak in the California sunshine in Palm Springs while sipping on a drink while grilling poolside.

The home includes a patio and outdoor grill and fire pit and is excellent for families, pets, friends, and business travelers. We are also a green home, powering the space with solar panels.

This spacious desert home with a mountain view features four bedrooms with four queen beds and a living room with a modern, fully stocked kitchen in an open floor plan. There are 2 remodeled bathrooms, one in the hallway and one attached to the master bedroom. The patio room is also equipped with a TV and work space to accommodate larger groups.

LIVING ROOM
The home enters into an open floor plan complete with a dusty rose velvet sectional, neon sign, electric fireplace and TV equipped with Roku.

KITCHEN
The brand new and modern kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. A 2-way coffee maker takes k-cups and also brews a large pot. Enjoy a gas stove, blender, can opener, and a French door refrigerator that holds plenty of food. Oil, spices, creamer, sugar, utensils, dinnerware, kids dinnerware set, cups/mugs, pots, pans and baking sheets can be found in the drawers of the kitchen. Dishwasher pods provided make cleaning up after a meal easy. The kitchen also features an island with 3 stools. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area complete with a washer and dryer, pool towels and laundry detergent and fabric softener.

PATIO ROOM
The patio room is just past the kitchen and serves as a perfect space to gather. A table can double as a dining and workspace. A large sectional in the corner of the room faces another 4K TV equipped with Roku. The patio room leads to the pool as well.

MASTER BEDROOM + BATH
The master bedroom sleeps 2 on a king bed and also leads out to the pool through French doors. A TV equipped with Roku is also featured in the master bedroom. Towels can be found in each bedroom. The en suite bathroom has a brand new rain showerhead and toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided along with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. The room is decorated with a gold foil wallpaper, pink bench and the portrait of Valentina, the featured señorita. Valentina is the daughter of two artists and paints murals on the streets of Mexico City. She is dedicated to fighting for civil rights for indigenous people.

2ND BEDROOM (TURQUOISE)
The 2nd bedroom is next to the master bedroom and also sleeps 2 on a queen bed. The room features a turquoise bed frame and the portrait of Rhiannon, a Welsh marine biologist passionate about ocean and wildlife conservation. Her favorite place is diving deep into the ocean, caught in the rhythm of the waves and surrounded by sea life.

3RD BEDROOM
The corner bedroom sleeps 2 on a queen bed and has a bright red wall and blue chair with a portrait of Natalia, who grew up in an honorable military family. She is a trained warrior who has sacrificed her youth to serve her Eastern European country.

4TH BEDROOM
The last room closest to the hall bathroom features a custom bright blue wood accent on the far wall and sleeps 2 on a queen bed. Fleur grew up in the South of France and roamed the flower fields in the spring.

HALL BATHROOM
A full bathroom including a shower is accessible from all rooms and is fully renovated. Toiletries provided in the master bath are also found in the hall bathroom.

OUTDOORS
The expansive backyard features a firepit, brand new pool with a shallow area, BBQ and dining area with an outdoor dining set. Multiple seating areas are provided including at the door to the patio room, next to the firepit, 2 lounge chairs, a large round daybed and a sofa with two armchairs. Accommodate your entire group in the backyard for a day of fun in the sun!

For an additional $75/night, we can have the pool heated to a comfortable 86 degrees in the cooler months.

As a dog owner, we know how important it is to bring your pet with you on vacation. We are a pet-friendly space but please make sure if you are bringing your furry friend along, that you pick up after them and take them outside frequently.
