Enjoy a relaxing getaway just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs. The backyard has a private pool, hot tub, private outdoor shower, covered patio dining area, gas grill, and amazing mountain views!

Indoors, youā€™ll find a great open-concept design, each bedroom offers a unique wall-art-themed style to set the mood. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet with a new washer and dryer set. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a new dishwasher, Keurig machine, and a blender. A glass-top breakfast nook seating for up to 6.

The large open-floor living room has an elegant dining table for up to 10. The mural beside the fireplace creates a great area for a quiet nightcap. Thereā€™s more room to relax in a second living area for entertainment and game night with the family.

Note: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of VRBO's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety become an issue. My children suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our secondary living space when not hosting guests. As such, we do not allow any service animals. Thank you for understanding!

Upon arrival, you'll receive a personal code for the front door entrance. Plenty of parking on the property.

The property is equipped with an exterior security camera. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.

- Please note that the City of Palm Springs has a very strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals and a zero-tolerance policy for any type of amplified music played outdoors or played indoors that can be heard outdoors. This regulation applies to every short-term rental property within the city of Palm Springs. If there is a complaint to the city by a neighbor and a compliance officer is dispatched to the home, the contracted renter will receive a $500 citation from the City of Palm Springs. This would also result in the renters being evicted with no refund.

- Trash is collected on Fridays. No need to roll the bins out the city takes care of it.

- Pool cleaning occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.

- Landscaping occurs on Mondays.

- Pool heating is $85/night available by request in advance. It is recommended to heat the pool from October to March. Let us know at least 1 day before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated.

-Spa Jets can be turned on from the wall controller unit located on the exterior wall facing the pool.

-Spa/Pool lights are on a schedule, but they can be manually turned on/off from the same wall controller.

-Spa heating can also be turned on/off from the wall unit. There is an additional daily $85 charge for heating the Pool. Advance notice is needed for pool heating which is only controlled remotely.

It had everything you could possibly think ofā€”seriously, pack light because theyā€™ve truly thought of it all. This was the cutest house. It was very spacious. The bedrooms were nicely laid out and every room had a fan, which was nice since when we stayed the temperature outside was 112. The AC was AMAZING! Check in was so easy with Jizet giving us the info a little before we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies needed for our short getaway. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained. Any questions we had, Jizet was readily available. Great place to stay in Palm Springs.

Perfect for Families!

We rented this house for my dadā€™s 80th birthday! We loved having our own pool, a well appointed kitchen, and spacious bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. The owner is very communicative and pleasant to work with too!

Our stay at the Vrbo home was nothing short of excellent! The property was beautifully maintained, featuring spacious rooms and modern amenities that made us feel right at home. The house was perfect. Everyone was able to have their beds (there was 6 of us ladies.) Check in was easy, house defines Palm Springs! Do yourself a favor and stay here! You wonā€™t regret it! My friends and I plan on coming back and hoping to book here again!

Great vacation home!

We had a fabulous time! The house was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway with the family. My 4 year old daughter loved playing with the kids toys and having her own room with a rainbow on the wall. The house was perfectly located to all the various activities we wanted to do. My son (17 months) loved "jumping", mostly falling, into the pool to his dad. We chose to have the pool heated since we traveled in mid March and it definitely ended up being the right call. We were allowed an early check in and late check out, which gave us the opportunity to really maximize our long weekend. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Lots of room and a great central location

This rental worked great for us. There was lots of room and lots of furniture options both indoors and outdoors. We paid extra to heat the pool and were glad we did -- we used the hot tub and pool almost every day. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The hall bathroom is huge. The host, Jizet, sent very detailed instructions which we appreciated, and when we had a question she responded quickly. The location gives you quick access to main roads and is near shops and restaurants. There was some road noise if you are super sensitive to that, but it just turned into white noise for us and we stopped noticing it. I would be very happy to stay at this rental house on my next visit to Palm Springs!

Fun Place

Most of our stay at this property was fine. We had some maintenance issues during our stay and the property manager communicated well about the issues. For some reason we did not have hot water in the small bathroom so all five guests had to use the large hallway bathroom. The shower drain in that bathroom was clogged and backed up while taking a shower. Please note that pool or jacuzzi heating is an extra cost, although this is common with Palm Springs rentals. The house is located on a busy street but we could not hear the general traffic noise while sleeping inside the house, unless emergency sirens were going down the street. Backyard and pool were average, nothing special. Nice view of the mountains from the back patio. Because it was raining and cold while we were there, we didn't use the backyard. Kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking. Coffee Pods for Keurig were provided which was a nice touch.

Great for families with small children

I was so impressed with what was provided for kids. Amazing accommodations and even a small play room, stocked with many toys and games. Jizet was highly responsive and communicative. The stay was easy and flawless. This was an amazing house - close to downtown, with a beautiful backyard view of the mountains. Amazing house for families and just adults, alike! Thank you Jizet!

Girls weekend

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was clean, well-stocked and Jizet left us a welcome card + gift, which was so thoughtful. Jizet was extremely communicative and quick at responding. She made sure my friends and I were comfortable for our stay. She was also great at explaining all the rules/information for our stay before we arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely adorable and artistic

This mid-century modern home is a gem! Absolutely adorable and artistic. Bright colors and special touches made for a very comfortable and welcoming vibe. This was the most well stocked VRBO I have stayed at (coffee, spices, party glasses with flowers, BBQ, tons of pool towels, etc.) The pool and hot tub were clean, spacious and a great way to enjoy the Palm Springs sun as well as stars. (I recommend paying the extra to heat the water) Jizet was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we were comfortable. Very gracious host. I look forward to a chance to come back someday.

Excellent Stay

We celebrated our Christmas Eve,2021 in this house and we are so glad we did. The house had everything we could ever ask for during our stay. It was very clean and comfortable, kids were well entertained with the toys they had. Host Jizet has been wonderful, the welcome wine bottle with a personal note was such a sweet gesture. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Wireless charger was a bonus šŸ˜‰
