Come enjoy our serene lake house overlooking beautiful Webster Lake, a 606 acre spring-fed lake with some of the cleanest water in New Hampshire. With breathtaking views of the Lake and surrounding mountains, this house entices you to enjoy the many outdoor activities on the water and in the surrounding areas on your next vacation. Enter the water in the summer from our 400+ feet of private shoreline while enjoying a meal at the lake side picnic table and hammock. If you bring a boat, you will set off from our oversized dock into Webster Lake for water play, fishing, nature watching, or playing at the Island or Sandbar. Take a break from the lake for biking on the northern rail trail or hiking to nearby waterfalls. Feel free to take a break from cooking with the many amazing restaurants or breweries in Franklin, Tilton, or Bristol. You will relish the sunsets from the wrap around 3 season room while listening to the calls of the Loons on the lake. Plan your next vacation at Webster Lake and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Note for 2025: We are recently completed a major renovation adding about 800 additional square feet of space with a game room, TV room, and additional bedroom during winter 2025. Games are currently setup in this space and additional furnishings will be added by June 1st.

Louis and Klaudia are wonderful hosts. They are very quick to respond to any questions you might have. My family enjoyed the lake house very much. We went kayaking, swimming and paddle boating. Our family enjoyed barbecuing, watching the sunset and watching shooting stars by the fire pit. We ended our trip with a hike at Profile Falls and a swim.

We love to come to the white mountains for the fall and usually stay in the conway region, but this year we decided to venture to a different area. Well the was a great idea since we enjoyed the area a lot. The private area on the lake made it even more fun, the kayaks that are available for guest use are great, we will need stay in the summer so we enjoy the paddle boat. The new game room addition was enjoyed by all of us. Only sad part was that we could not use the fire place in the home, but we understand why....

Quiet Lake Getaway

We loved our stay at this lake house. The waterfront area across the road was beautiful and extremely private. We loved taking the kayaks out in the evening. The huge wrap around enclosed porch was definitely the highlight of the house from morning coffee to evening sunsets. House sits up above the road and is super private.

Weekend get away

My wife & I had a great time at the property. The waterfront was incredible. Swimming,fishing,kayakingā€¦ itā€™s all right there. Extremely private and comfortable, the house is fully equipped for all ages to enjoy!! Communication and flexibility from Louis was prompt and he was very flexible. What a great place!! Will definitely look to book again!!

Great Cottage

We loved our stay. It has the relaxed, welcoming vibe of a vintage lake cottage. The waterfront is isolated from neighbors which we and our dog enjoyed. The porch is huge and is where we spent most of our time. Views are great. Louis came by to put one of the docks in early for us-- and allowed us to extend at the last minute. He was a great host. We'd come again.

Great for Extended Family

We had a wonderful stay with kids and adults. The place was perfect for many ages and more than one family to stay together. The dock space is across the street, but it was very close and still safe to walk with small children. The kids couldn't touch the bottom anywhere near the dock, but the small town beach is a very short walk down the road and that was perfect for young kids. Overall, we all had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would happily stay there again. Lake Webster is so beautiful!

Very nice place to stay on the water. Large family For 8 day. No problems. Plenty of room inside an out. Will be back. Louis was fantastic. If you have large family this is the place for you

An amazing two weeks!

Louis is a wonderful host! The house is really great. Lots of open space and windows everywhere! The upstairs loft was perfect for my son. It is a very comfortable home. The private area down by the water is a small slice of heaven with two docks, a float to swim to and a hammock for reading and relaxing in the shade. The lake was perfect for us - lots of swimming, kayaking, fishing and paddleboarding. Highly recommend!!

Peaceful and tranquil

Great place and access to our favorite lake. The house was nice and big to fit all of my family with plenty of room to spare. It couldā€™ve used a slight cleaning before we got there. The grill was the only shortfall of the house as it was small, dirty and not adequate to cook for a family of 8. Otherwise, I wouldā€™ve given a full 5 star.

Lake Webster is gorgeous

The lake was perfect and hanging at the dock was the best part of our time. It was an extremely hot week when we were there so my recommendation is have an additional air conditioner on main floor when weather turn oppressive. Also a gas grill would be a nice addition and an umbrella for the table as it is in the hot sun most of day. These are just my thought for additions related to the price of this location. But you canā€™t beat the clean lake and looking at the water. The restaurants in the area were also very good.

We love all of the seasons around Webster Lake! We live on the lake full time and have loved it so much that we decide to buy this house as a rental for others to enjoy the lake as well. We have enjoyed talking with our guests over the past 3 years and hearing the joyful vacations they have had while staying with us.
