Summary:
Log cabin just 5 blocks from the west entrance of Yellowstone!

The Space:
Just five blocks from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, enjoy your Montana vacation in a cozy classic log cabin restored in 2013. YCC Cabin has two bedrooms with double beds that share a full bathroom with enclosed shower and toilet plus separate granite vanity and log counter. The second full bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, and tub with vintage style hand held shower. The living room has a custom built full size bed. A ladder from the great room accesses the semi-private loft where two twin beds are nestled. A combination of vintage and modern appliances provide convenience with mid 20th century charm. The kitchen is equipped with a range, oven, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and is furnished with cooking and dining ware. The dining table seats 6, and a rustic log slab bar provides 2 bar stools for additional people or is a great place to use as a workspace. Our 1,440 square foot log cabin also has an enclosed foyer that provides a wax bench and storage for some of your vacation toys.
Nestled in trees on a lot in the town of West Yellowstone - you will find easy access to this world famous destination of Fly Fishing, Yellowstone National Park, 30K of world class groomed XC ski trails, groomed snowmobile trails and surrounding Gallatin National Forest. Big Sky Resort offers skiing, golfing and fine dining and is a mere 58 mile drive through a wildlife mecca.
East & West Bedrooms each have a closet and a dresser or dressing table with drawers. The loft has 2 twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed plus a built-in full size Sleigh Bed with storage at the foot of the bed.
The North Bathroom is shared by two bedrooms and includes single sink granite vanity, plus separate log slab counter, each with separate mirror and lights. The shower and toilet are in a separate enclosure to allow multiple use of the bathroom while maintaining privacy.
West Bathroom includes toilet, authentic vintage sink, and a tub with vintage style hand-held shower for use while seated in tub.

The cabin owners operate their business out of the building to the west of the cabin property (back door), and May to September there are two RV sites to the NE of the property for summer residents that work and or volunteer in our community.

Non-Smoking/Pet Free property, including cabin & grounds.

If you need more space for your group, the adjacent rental property YCC Studio can accommodate 3 additional guests!

Location to Yellowstone Park was perfect (1.5 miles) and restaurants and shops nearby. If youā€™re a TV lover this will give you frustrations. Limited channel options and in the middle of a movie would freeze up. Would then reload and have to fast forward to where you were. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and Space

It was a perfect location close to the park entrance and town but far enough to be away on a quiet street. Perfect for having the windows open at night. The cabin itself had lots of space and was clean.

The location of this property is spot on! Short drive to the West entrance and shops! Plenty of space and had everything we needed! Communicated with me ahead of time and I knew how to check in! Yellowstone is simply amazing!

Terrible place

Terrible house. First thing you se i a big sign Please take your shoes off which was not covrted in the description of the house. Major false advertising as whlie there are 5 beds 3 of them way too small for 2 adults so maximum number of adult guests 5 not 7. Kitchen out dated. We would never stay here again. TV not regular TV so no news!! W.

Good location, family enjoyed their stay

Clean cabin, access to coffee maker and French press, loft had some nice games for kids in down time. Beds were a little firm for my taste, but that's just me. Liked the quick walk to a good breakfast place, and how close it is to the park.

Worked well for us!

Enjoyed the quietness. The loft beds and ladder were fun for our teen boys. Only things we would recommend for improvement is to update the furnishings.

Great location to explore Yellowstone

This cabin was a great spot for our family's home-base as we visited Yellowstone. There was plenty of space and everything we needed. The hosts were great with communication and offered help with any problems. We'd definitely stay again!

Cute cabin

The cabin was the perfect size for 4 of us and worked well for my parents in law. We did not utilize the loft, but it was very cute. It was nice to have a kitchen, so we could prepare meals before long days in the park. I recommend this rental.

Wonderful

We had a lovely stay at Marc and SJs cabin. The cabin met all of our needs and was very comfortable. Our kids loved the loft area and we enjoyed a nice cozy place after spending long hours in Yellowstone. This location is right by everything and was just a couple minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone. Great spot!!

Great stay reprise

Last year we stayed for one week and weā€™re so impressed we did it again this year. Truly home away from home. West Yellowstone is really a terrific gateway to Yellowstone and this cabin is perfect for up to six.

On the doorstep of Yellowstone

This rental was exactly what we needed. Out of the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to shopping and dining. Minutes to the entrance of the park. There was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out and relax.

Amazing even though park was closed!

The cabin was perfect for us. SJ greeted us at the cabin when we arrived and even left a small gift for my son. Weā€™d had a rough start on our trip, finding out that Yellowstone was flooded and closed on our first day driving out and my mom getting food poisoning on the second day, but we had a great time in West Yellowstone! SJ offered us some suggestions of other things to do in the area and even texted us with bison sightings so we could go check them out. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a couple blocks from town. SJ and Marc did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our time there, including lending us their truck on the day we were supposed to leave town, which was also the day Yellowstone finally reopened. Our vehicle ended in an odd number and we needed an even number to get in. The owners truly are amazing, thoughtful, and so kind! Thank you!

Cozy cabin with great location

My family (mom, 2 aunts and uncle) and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. It had all the modern amenities with the cabin feel. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is great as it's only 6 minutes from the West Yellowstone gate. Everything in town is super accessible. I would drive 3 minutes to Mountain Mama's for coffee every morning and walk to the grocery store right across the street for any extras. Marc & SJ were repsonsive and really laid out Everything well. It was a dream trip for.the elders in my family.

Great stay at West Yellowstone.

It was a lovely place to stay and visit Yellowstone park. The house was clean, comfortable in every way, and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and baths. Beds very comfortable and more than enough for our party. It was very conveniently located, just minutes from the park, restaurants and grocery stores. Check-in and check out were super easy. The owner Marc was simply wonderful! He met us at check in and was there for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Yellowstone park and nearby attractions.

Wonderful and immaculate cabin!

This property was fantastic for our family of four to use as a home base while touring the park for a week. The owners have meticulously remodeled and maintained this 1930ā€™s cabin, and the results are a super clean, well-thought-out floor plan and accommodations! Beds were very comfy, the kitchen well-stocked, and plenty of towels and extras like toilet paper and hand soap. The owners were very responsive, and the location is tucked out of the way of the main foot traffic of West Yellowstone, but an easy walk to restaurants and stores, and close to the park entrance. Highly recommend!
