Have you ever booked a rental that didn’t live up to the description? They claimed to be Ski-In / Ski-Out but when you arrived you could not even see the slope. Well, take one step out the back door of our home and you are standing on Cupp Run, Snowshoe’s signature 1 ½ mile ski run. It is a true ski in/ski out home.

We try to keep it simple. No Surprise Fee’s !! Our rates include all cleaning, parking, snow removal…… fee’s others nail you with when checking in.

Our ski-in/out home is one of less than a dozen on all of Snowshoe Mountain that provides easy access to both the Basin and Western Territory sides of the mountain. We sit on top of the mountain between both basins. Walk one step out the backdoor and you’re on the western territory slopes. An easy 100 yard walk out the front door has you skiing down the easy Blue and Greens on the basin side. LOOK AT A SNOWSHOE MAP BEFORE CHOOSING where to stay. We are amazed at those claiming to be ski-in/out when they are thousands of feet coupled with large flights of stairs from the closet ski slope. WE ARE ONE OF LESS THAN A DOZEN TRUE SKI IN / OUT HOMES ON ALL OF SNOWSHOE MOUNTAIN.

The Amenities
• Large mud room at slope level to store all your gear. Clothing racks in the mud room make it easy to change into/out of your gear. No need to haul gear around the house. Ski and Board rack in the mud room provides protective storage for a families worth of gear at one time.
• Large boot, glove and helmet dryer built to serve the whole family. Commercial duty clothes washer and dryer means no need to take turns drying your gear while taking a break from the slopes.
• Hi-end digital weather station provides real time temperature, wind, barometric pressure, wind chill……. So you know how to dress for the day ahead.
• Stay as connected or disconnected as you would like. We have fiber optic web service coupled with a high end WIFI router to provide 100 mbps downloads. Our land line provides nationwide free calling.
• A kitchen with ceramic tile floors, quartz countertops and comes stocked with most cooking utensils and table settings for 12.
• Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and thermostat to assure individual comfort during your stay.
• After an active day on the mountain, you can relax with a book from the entertainment center, watch a DVD from the DVD library or play a board game with family and friends.
The Experience
• Sit beside the fireplace and watch the snow cats groom the slopes out the living room windows.
• Sit beside the fireplace and watch family members play on sleds out the living room windows. We keep a couple sleds in the mud room for after ski hour use by our guest.
• It’s a house, not some small cramped condo where you’re forced to endure noisy hallways all night long.
• Park at your front door-No need to find a distant parking spot and haul all your gear across some ice covered mega condo parking lot. You park at the front door.
• A Snowshoe bus stop is located a couple hundred feet from our front door. Busses run every 15-20 minutes and cover all of Snowshoe and Silver Creek resorts.

We’ve been into clean way before Covid. Our beds and pillows are stripped to their hypoallergenic covers and cleaned after each stay. This includes the comforters and all bedding. We know we are not the only ones that check into a place and wonder how long its been since the bed spreads and blankets were cleaned. If you read our reviews folks regularly talk about how clean we keep our place.
