Treetops: New Orleans Balcony Condo in Historic Mansion

Walk out windows to a HUGE private balcony: sip your morning coffee among live oaks! Charm and original details meet renovated modern amenities in this 1850s mansion built by a free person of color. Whether you come for the comfort, fun or history, Treetops has it all!

Historic Treme is a few blocks from the French Quarter and is steeped in history. The birthplace of jazz hosts attractions like Armstrong Park as well as a number of coffee shops and restaurants. You will not need a car to get to all New Orleans has to offer! (But bring comfy shoes.) The building is fenced and secured with a locked gate. There are security cameras in common areas: one on the balcony, one on the driveway and video doorbells. No cameras inside the condo.

(Just a note- it can be a noisy neighborhood due to proximity to the freeway, a popular jazz club in the area and random second lines, so if you are sensitive to that, this may not be the place for you.)


The condo is located up one flight of stairs- there is no elevator-- so please bear that in mind. There is a shared courtyard that owners in the building use with a portable fire pit.
