Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in

We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Can't say enough about this condo it is like our home away from home and it is a fabulous place to stay. Again kudos to the kitchen remodel!!!

The condo is right on the water with wonderful views. Very clean and the check in/check out process was very easy. We enjoyed staying here and we surprised by the amount of kitchen utensils, cooking pans, and everything else that was available. We would definitely recommend staying here as we look forward to doing so again!

Wonderful, badly needed getaway

This was a short girl's trip and accommodations couldn't have been better. Great location; very clean, well stocked kitchen; for a two bedroom, lots of room; and management was extremely communicative and very responsive to a couple of glitches. I have rented several times with VRBO and I'm finding the ability to work with the 'owners / property management company' can make or break a vacation. This company,"Your assistant at the beach" was stellar!! Thank you for a great getaway!!!

Great stay!

Excellent communication from reservation to checkin. Easy check in, place was spotless! Nicely appointed kitchen too. Comfortable seating in the main living space for our group of 4 adults, and loved having the balcony furniture to accommodate our dolphin viewing as well as our morning breakfasts! Washer and dryer were super handy for laundry, and loved that dishwasher detergent and Softsoap was already provided for both bathrooms so I didnā€™t have to pack it myself. Super location and close to Walmart for groceries as well as gas, and a variety of eateries. We loved sleeping with the patio doors to the master bedroom open every night so we could fall asleep listening to the waves! The dogs not hiccup during our stay was that the TV in the main room went kaput on the 2nd evening of our week stay, but they were quick to replace it the next day with minimal disruption. The heated pool outside was wonderful to use as well! All in a wonderful stay and we would recommend to others looking for a cozy and comfortable condo right in the middle of all the Destin action!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. It was just my husband and myself so accommodations were very spacious. Check in and out was extremely easy. Loved the extremely large balcony. Plenty of linens. Kitchen was well equipped with exception of too small of a skillet (we just picked one up at walmart). We would suggest getting a 12" frying pan especially since unit can sleep 6 or 7 easily. We also picked up a couple candles due to an odor that we just couldn't put find the source of that came on about day 2. That worked fine. The master bed slept great the first night, but on the second night, the middle supports came out causing bed to sag in the middle (the wood is stripped out where the screws hold supports in place). Awoke with a terrible backache. Once supports were placed back where they belonged, bed very comfortable. This needs to be repaired. Pedestals on footboard of bed are also loose and will fall over. Just not very aesthetic. We didn't call, just took care of the minor issues ourselves. I do not want to sound like a complainer. As I said before, we had an amazing stay and will absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great vacation. Oh yeah, and the ice maker was an unexpected plus!!

The location, views and amenities were great. The condo was well appointed nice tvs, cable tv, bedding and living room furniture were comfortable and seemed updated. The kitchen was very nice and bathrooms as well. The condo was clean including the floors. The beach set up was included which is a great feature and Pickleball courts are an added bonus. The location is nice because it is central to a lot of places to eat and shop but at back enough that it didnā€™t seem you were located on a busy road. The pool was also heated who is a must in spring and fall when outside temperatures and ocean are cool. The only complaint is the small number of chairs at the pool as you get a couple of families that hoard it the whole day and leave their belongings there. They are down to one elevator which we were worried would be an issue but everybody was understanding and helpful including the front desk staff and workers so it really wasnā€™t a big issue.

The accommodations here at Breakers East make for a pleasant stay and the amenities offered in 804 provide a most comfortable visit. The new master bedroom furniture was appreciated !! As usual, the relaxing view of the beach and gulf provided many hours of a peaceful experience with many trips to the pool and beach. Our favorite is an early morning walk along the shore.

This is the best property bar none. Roomy, spacious and full of amenities. Quick access to the grocery store and fabulous seafood markets such as Sextons and Destin Ice. Views are impeccable...if a view of the gulf is your choice!!!

Wonderful Property. We would go back!

The unit was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The property was very clean, easily accessible and had a nice pool, grill area, and game areas. From the gated entrance to the private beach, Breakers East is very safe and secure. The on-site management were friendly and helpful.

Condo was clean. I appreciate having liquid hand soap in the bathrooms . Could use new washcloths and would have loved access to pantry. Only one elevator working so that was very inconvenient since it was always busy.
