Welcome to our recently updated, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located directly on the beach in Sterling Sands Condominiums, Destin, Florida. This spacious unit offers direct oceanfront views from the balcony, living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast.

Our AMAZING Property Features & Amenities:
- Heated swimming pool and hot tub, cleaned daily for your enjoyment.
- Private 24-hour security team on-site for peace of mind.
- Gas grills available for guest use.
- Newly remodeled fitness center.
- The entire complex is smoke-free.
- Convenient keyless entry with a combination code for your arrival – no keys to keep track of.
- Beach access just steps from your door, with stunning views of the Gulf and sugar-soft sand.

Sterling Sands is a smaller complex with only 8 floors, leaving plenty of space on the beach for you to relax without the crowds of larger condominiums. The complex also offers beach activity rentals directly on-site for added convenience.

Beach Service:
- There is a Beach Service available where you can purchase daily chair and umbrella rentals, as well as stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and even snow cones.
- Tents and personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach.
- Smoking is also prohibited on the beach to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

Condo Details:
- Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Master Bedroom: King bed, large closet, TV, and an en-suite master bathroom with a large shower/tub(not jetted) combo and sink.
- Bedroom 2: Queen Murphy bed.
- Bathroom 2: Stand-up shower and sink.

Living Area:
The living room features 2 comfortable cloth sofas and a rocker recliner for added comfort. One sofa converts into a sofa bed with a brand-new hybrid-foam/air mattress, ideal for accommodating additional guests. Enjoy the large-screen TV centrally placed in the room.

Kitchen/Dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and barbecue tools.
The dining area offers seating for 4 with 4 chairs, however we also provide 2 additional chairs that can be used at the table or different locations in the unit.

Balcony:
The spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf comfortably accommodates 4 people, perfect for enjoying breathtaking views of Destin's beaches.

Important Notes:
There is a ONE-TIME user fee of $15 + tax per person (for those over 5 years of age) for access to the pool and other amenities. Instructions for convenient online payment will be provided.

Excellent communication from Ronda! From the moment of booking to our arrival, she stayed in constant contact to assure our comfort. If you want to stay on the second floor with a beautiful beach view, this is where you need to be! So very relaxing and very much needed. Thank you to Ronda and team for a wonderful Fall break:)

The property has a nice beach and pool and you can walk to restaurants, some shopping. The views are beautiful. The hosts are very accommdating.and kind.

Great location and awesome stay!Super easy walk to The Back Porch—either along the beach or the road—and the food was amazing! It’s right across from The Track, which was so much fun for the whole family. The condo is right on the beach with a nice view of the pool and hot tub. Everything felt really safe, and the place was super clean. Check-in was a breeze, and communication was easy. We ended up adding an extra night because we just weren’t ready to leave!

We love it!

We have now stayed here multiple times and every time is just as great as the last! This condo is in a great location of Destin, the beach is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are a family favorite. Ronda has been wonderful and very informative. We will be back!

Our week in 204 was great. The unit was super clean. Close proximity to elevator was nice and being on second floor using stairs was easy as well. The host was very helpful before and during our stay.

Awesome property

The owners were so amazing with their kindness and communication. Anything you could possibly need was available at the property. The location was perfect and close to everything. The beach was a very short walk and the views from the patio were beautiful. We highly recommend and will definitely book with them next time we are in Destin!

Great family vacation spot.

We had a great time staying at this property. Check-in and check-out were a piece of cake. It was nice to have the extra chairs available to take to the beach. Kids enjoyed time at the beach and the pool.

Perfect Location

Love this complex. Perfect location and great smaller property. The unit is nice as well and in a great location which makes it easily accessible. The unit was very well stocked and provided everything needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing unit and amazing hosts!

I picked this unit based on all the positive reviews and I am in 100% agreement that this was a wonderful place to stay! The owners thought of everything! There was not one thing I needed, easy to communicate with, easy instructions as well. Place was super nice and clean! Highly recommend!

Amazing place, amazing people.

The condo is unbelievably clean and well appointed. Ocean front view from a great property that is all well maintained. This is our 2nd year coming to this condo and it is consistently great. The check in process is made extremely easy and accommodating from Miss Ronda. She is a wonderful person with a fantastic family. My family and I couldn’t be happier. All of the folks who stay here seem to come back year after year and are all very friendly. The building has a nice grilling area that lots of folks gather and visit while preparing dinner. We’ve been on many vacations, but none feel as welcoming and relaxing as the Sterling sands property. Thank you for everything!!

Incredible place

We had one of our best trips ever! This place is perfect for your family. This condo has everything you need. The murphy bed was perfect for my two littles. The process to book was smooth and seamless. I literally booked the day before and still had everything I needed for our check-in the next day. The condos location to the beach was absolutely perfect. The bonus for us were the beach chairs, especially with littles. You don't have to be out on the beach each morning to reserve your chairs because they already have your name on them. Communication with Rhonda was amazing. She was so sweet and beyond helpful. She had some beach toys and boards for the kids to use, too. We are already thinking of our next trip back!

Fantastic beach

This unit would benefit from a deep clean. It definitely showed signs of wear and tear and quick turnovers. The owners were excellent at communicating and responding to our concerns. The beach and pool were fantastic. The fact that we received an umbrella and two chairs set up on the beach was helpful. The location was convenient and the views of the gulf were gorgeous. We watched dolphins from the balcony on the nice mornings before going to the beach. The elevators were not always readily available, but since it is a second floor unit we made use of the stairways often. When we needed the elevators for luggage the wait wasn’t too long. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The owners were attentive and made checking in easy. The beach couldn’t have been better and that was our main reason for being there. The kitchen had everything we needed and we prepared breakfast and lunch each day. We went out for dinner at restaurants and there were lots of great options nearby. We wished it had been cleaner when we arrived, but we still enjoyed our five night stay.

Perfect spot for our young family of 4!!!

This condo was perfect for our family of four beach trip! The view is incredible and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The complex is very nice, well maintained, and family friendly. The fitness center was under repair while we were there, so cannot speak to that but it has a view overlooking the ocean. The condo is a short walk to the elevator and then from the elevator you walk under the building, through the pool area, and to one of two beach boardwalks that access the beach. It was a very easy walk with two small children and carrying lots of beach toys and gear. The two chairs and umbrella that are included was a wonderful bonus! The complex is smaller than some of the others around it, so the beach and pool never felt crowded. My husband and I came with our three year old twins and the spare bedroom (with the Murphy bed, we did not use) was just big enough to fit two blow up toddler beds. The spare room was much smaller than I expected, but it worked for what we needed. The master bedroom is right across from the spare room and both are by the entry door to the condo and share a wall with the outside/hallway to the elevator, but noise was never a problem. The management team was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. I would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future!

A great week at the beach

Really liked the location of the condo and beach access. I didn't pay attention to notice that the master bedroom is in the rear of the unit, so that is on me... just don't expect to open the windows and listen to the surf. The HOA was overbearing the day that we checked in... busy bodying around telling us what we couldn't do... but they quickly disappeared after the check in day. Our hosts were fantastic and answered our few questions very quickly. They were very kind and welcoming. Overall, I would stay again, but I would look for a unit with an ocean front bedroom.

Great beach spot

Great location and lovely pool. The only downside is they don't provide many comfort items/necessities (coffee, beach towels, pack n play, etc). So, if you fly in and arrive later in the evening, you have to go to the store first thing instead of the beach. Not a big deal if you plan ahead, just something to be aware of.

I purchased this property because as a child I used to vacation with my family in Destin and we stayed on this property, Silver Beach cottages. We made great memories and since purchasing in the new development have had the same wonderful experience with my family.

Unless you are sitting seaside in a Caribbean resort, it would be difficult to get a better view. The sand in Destin is unique. It is so white and fine that they call it "sugar" sand. Make sure you bring your sun glasses as the reflection off the beautiful sand is bright. Sunsets here paint a new and more beautiful picture each evening that will make for lasting memories. The balcony overlooks God's beauty at a single glance..a memory that you will take with you and will draw you back again and again. If you likes walks on the beach, it doesn't get any better...
